I recently purchased this generator because of the features. I needed a generator with a 120 / 240 volts switch. This generator not only looks great but comes with the wheels which is an extra purchase with other generators. It is perfect for my needs.

Bought this for emergency use [with occasional use for away from building projects]. Haven't used it a great deal yet so I can't offer insight on reliability or longevity, but it seem to be all I'd hoped it would be for the moment. It is well-made, sturdy and easy to move. Very user-friendly controls with adequate receptacles for middle range power needs. For the price it seems it will well meet my needs!

Just bought this and was glad I got this one,a little over 100lbs.First generator I can lift.great value with electric start and great runtime .It had a issue from transport, that Westinghouse saw to the first day out of box. Hope i never use it ,but know that won't be the case in Fl.

We bought this generator because of it's many great features - the most horsepower in it's class, the electric start, the reputation of Westinghouse. We live in hurricane territory and need something we can count on for power when needed so we went with this.

So i bought this due to losing power iv used it nonestop and has giving me no problems the price was great in my opinion looked into company and saw they stand behind there product and i like that and they have ben around for a very long long time happy overall thanks westinghouse.

I purchased this generator to power essential household items in the event of a power outage (two fridges, a modem/router, and one small AC unit). While I thankfully have not yet needed to use it, I tested it and have been pleasantly surprised by its simple operation, reasonable price, low noise, and general portability. The set up was straight-forward and getting it up and running is generally fool-proof. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This review is based on 2 months of ownership and several hours of use. In general, I think this generator is an incredible value. It arrived with slight damage, a minor scratch and dent in the frame. I don't care about that because I think the packaging was adequate and, while I take care of my gear, I don't baby it. Generators get used, and that sort of minor damage is inconsequential to me. Slightly more consequential is that it arrived with with one of the clips for a the air filter bent. I haven't bent it back or replaced it yet because the other clip does an adequate job of keeping to cover on the air filter. This issue is a bigger deal than the dent in the frame, but still not something I'm terribly concerned about. Ie., not worth the time & trouble of a return. Eventually, I'll fix the clip. Or maybe not, again I don't see this as a big deal. Why did I get this? Because I have a well pump that runs on 240v, and running water during an outage is really nice. (This can also run my water heater, which is an electric 240v heat pump unit.) As it doesn't make sense from a fuel standpoint to run this all the time when the pump only cycles from time to time, so far I've been firing it up when I want to top up the pressure tank / obtain hot water. I will also use this for remote construction projects.

I purchased this generator at the end of last month, shortly after after loosing power. We had recently been experiencing heavy rain and our sump pump was working overtime; the short power outage was not fun, manually pumping the sump! I'm prepared now! It did arrive a little later than predicted and a little beat-up (recoil starter cover bent from hit to box). But happy to have purchase this.

I bought this generator a result of the power outages we experienced during our winter and for projects around the property. I also needed something strong enough to power my small welding machine. With all the positive reviews, I truly believe it will last !

We just received the unit and are prepping it to install. Haven't cranked it up yet but she looks ready to take on the task at hand. The delivery was extremely fast and the guys dropped it right at my steps. I didn't even hear them come to the gate. so fast!!
