Needed a reliable portable generator for our LQ horse trailer as the onboard one quits when it's too hot. Living in AZ having an AC is crucial when traveling. Generator is lightweight to allow for portability but strong enough to power what is needed in the horse trailer.

I'm so glad we purchased this just before it was out of stock! We've been meaning to get one for about five years now. Finally did after a really bad storm hit and left thousands out of power for a few days. Runs smooth, portable and not too too noisy. We love it! We'll be ready for the next power outage

I bought this item 2 weeks ago - it arrived sooner than expected. Boxing was perfect - everything needed was included - instructions - all parts - instruction manual - tools necessary for putting together - quart of oil - oil funnel were included. I am very happy and look forward to using this generator ( if needed ) .

I've been looking for several months for the right generator to use while traveling in my travel trailer. I haven't been able to use this generator yet but it seems to be a very good one. I especially like that it has a remote start since I have problems with my shoulder and can't have a pull start. I can't wait to use it.

Happy I bought this to run my sump pump when power goes out. The unit was a little damaged when shipped to me which is unfortunate but I don't think it will cause any issues when I use which is why I didn't return it. Not sure if it was damage from shipping or manufacturing since metal is bent on the top right.

I bought this generator WGen5300cv 9/4/22 preparing for hurricane season not thinking I would use it, well I was wrong we got hit with Hurricane Ian Cat-4 150mph winds and storm surge, the day after the storm we fueled up gave it the first crank and the assembly that recoils the rope broke. Just one use and it was inoperable, we called Westinghouse they took my information only to be told that someone would call, after this massive devastation we needed our generator to work and no one at Westinghouse CSR cared, called again only to be told someone would call. Crappy product, crappy service, I will never buy another Westinghouse Generator. I do want the company to honor their warranty, either replace or repair my unit.

The generator started OK the first day. It started up again when I refueled. But after the first day (2 hours running time) I haven't been able to start it. I would have waited until I got a new spark plug (or whatever else needs to be fixed) before writing a review, but they wanted a review as part of registering the warranty.

We lose power often in my neighborhood due to storms. I researched and landed on this generator. Will be able to run many appliances to allow us to not lose all that is in our fridge and freezer, have A/C, etc. Set up was simple. It is extremely sturdy. Purchased the running cover as well. This purchase is bringing my family and I much peace of mind.

Bought this after a storm knocked out power to several towns, some people were without power for days. Set it up so it can run the entire house (except maybe central air) bought a cord to run to an outlet under panel, tested it today and it works great. Entire house running and still at only half load.

I bought this a couple of days ago and it works like a champ. It has been able to keep our freezer & fridge running with no issues. It is amazing how quite it is. I have used it up at our property to build a cabin. I have been able to keep the power tools going and charged.
