[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a extra large capacity washer and this fits the bill...used powder detergent with first wash and noticed a residue left on a pair of shorts. Hopefully this is not the norm or we may have to move to liquid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this Samsung washer for a few weeks now, and it's a huge step up. The first thing that hit me was the sheer size of the drum—we can finally wash our comforters without feeling like we're stuffing them in. The Super Speed Wash is a game-changer; it gets our daily clothes done so fast, which is perfect for our busy schedule. ​I'm a big fan of the soft-close lid, which is a small detail but a nice touch. The one minor thing is that the drum is pretty deep, so if you're on the shorter side, you might have to stand on your toes to get those last socks out. But that’s a small price to pay for being able to do fewer loads of laundry. Overall, it's a great machine that’s been making laundry day way less of a chore.

The only issue is some loads aren’t spun correctly in the end which results with an error message which happens a little too often for my liking. I’ll press resume and the time will increase but results are the same so I’m just wasting water and time. Rinse & spin function doesn’t always work correctly too.

Love the ability to delay a wash while it is in cycle incase you are running late and won't be home in time to get the clothes out. The unit will slowdown the wash cycle for you. Love the machine.

Piece of garbage, broke after only 4 months of residential use, won’t buy another Samsung product
