[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine. It's sleek, looks modern and fits right into my kitchen decor, doesn'ttake up much space. It's efficient, quiet, high speed. I could set it and monitor it from my phone via the Samsung Smart app. It has a very big capacity. I can load all my heavy quilts or pillows and they come out clean and ready to dry.

Really loving this washer! Wish we had gotten a Samsung washer from the beginning. My only small issue is how long the cycles are. However, I look at it as the clothes are getting cleaner :) It is also nice not to have to go to the laundromat to do big blankets. The tub is big enough to handle that too.

This machine does everything it's supposed to and nothing it isn't. It just works perfectly. Balances and spins every time. It's surprisingly quiet. I'm thoroughly pleased and I hope it lasts forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased Samsung product in 2021 and I was trying to use a machine without the agitator it was okay I prefer an agitator since this one working on it and replacing Parts on it and it did not it was no longer worth it so they replaced it or bought it out and I bought another Samsung and I have never been happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty nice washer. A lot better than the front loader I had previously. I have a family of 5 so we wanted a bigger washer. Unfortunately the washer is deeper instead of wider so reaching to the bottom as a 5'2" woman is a bit difficult. Other than that the capacity it holds is great!

I like the features and usually love Samsung products overall but I struggle with balancing loads in this machine. We have had the rods replaced but their life expectancy seems in months and not years. Typical family of 4, not commercial loads. What more can I do?

Purchased this and a dryer of Samsung one year ago. Have had nothing but problems with both . The washer sometimes doesn't drain and the dryer doesn't always dry and the loads turns off . It's been nothing but a hassle ;( would never buy Samsung washer and dryer again . Would have kept the old ancient machines we had in our home when we bought our home. I have little no faith that these Samsung machines will work for the next 5 years .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally picked up a Samsung washer, and the **AI features** are a total game-changer for saving time. It's super quiet, though I'd definitely recommend keeping an eye on the smart sensors to make sure everything stays running smooth.

The way this machine is designed results in massive amounts of mold and mildew despite never using liquid detergent or leaving the lid closed. You will regularly find brown flakes all over your clothes. The self-clean cycle does not help. You will have to remove the entire “agitator” to deep clean it so your clothes are actually clean. The detergent tray also has to be removed on a regular basis to remove mold.

This idiot designed machine overrides your hot temperature setting on normal, washing on cold without telling you (the lights still indicate hot), and washes your clothes without submerging them on most cycles. Lacking an agitator, this means part of your load is not getting well washed on those cycles. It turns the load somewhat, but not well. The depth of Samsung's stupidity is staggering.
