The lid is soft-close, so it's not made for those with anger issues who like to slam their lids (not me). It is much quieter than my previous washer. It's got a nifty, easy to read display (with cool little noises) that looks like they were almost made by Star Trek laundry engineers. Also, the lid is see-through , so I spent a couple of minutes watching it wash. A person is supposed to be able to connect it to the wifi, and I'm currently working on that—as soon as I'm done with this review. Ta!

Really loving this washer! Wish we had gotten a Samsung washer from the beginning. My only small issue is how long the cycles are. However, I look at it as the clothes are getting cleaner :) It is also nice not to have to go to the laundromat to do big blankets. The tub is big enough to handle that too.

The connectivity is super easy especially with a samsung phone because then it just tells me when the load is done! The efficiency is nice too because it doesnt take literally 5 hours to wash a load. 45 minutes or less!! Pretreating helps too because then you know that the clothes will be clean! It is an overall high speed product and love it so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros- spacious capacity, quiet, easy buttons, nice looking panel. Cons: auto fill seems to not always fill enought to cover thr items on top. This one has no agitator, I believe it doesnt clean as well, *but it fits more (like rug, bedding)

It also makes it more roomy to were i can fit more things in the laundry room that possibly wouldnt fit until i came up with a great idea & made this change possible and convient. Purchased this and a dryer of Samsung one year ago. Have had nothing but problems with both . The washer sometimes doesn't drain and the dryer doesn't always dry and the loads turns off . It's been nothing but a hassle ;( would never buy Samsung washer and dryer again . Would have kept the old ancient machines we had in our home when we bought our home. I have little no faith that these Samsung machines will work for the next 5 years .
