I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much! Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.

It's efficient, quiet, high speed. I could set it and monitor it from my phone via the Samsung Smart app. It has a very big capacity. I can load all my heavy quilts or pillows and they come out clean and ready to dry.

The connectivity is super easy especially with a samsung phone because then it just tells me when the load is done! The efficiency is nice too because it doesnt take literally 5 hours to wash a load. 45 minutes or less!! Pretreating helps too because then you know that the clothes will be clean! It is an overall high speed product and love it so much!

The lid is soft-close, so it's not made for those with anger issues who like to slam their lids (not me). It is much quieter than my previous washer. It's got a nifty, easy to read display (with cool little noises) that looks like they were almost made by Star Trek laundry engineers. Also, the lid is see-through , so I spent a couple of minutes watching it wash. A person is supposed to be able to connect it to the wifi, and I'm currently working on that—as soon as I'm done with this review. Ta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty nice washer. A lot better than the front loader I had previously. I have a family of 5 so we wanted a bigger washer. Unfortunately the washer is deeper instead of wider so reaching to the bottom as a 5'2" woman is a bit difficult. Other than that the capacity it holds is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros- spacious capacity, quiet, easy buttons, nice looking panel. Cons: auto fill seems to not always fill enought to cover thr items on top. This one has no agitator, I believe it doesnt clean as well, *but it fits more (like rug, bedding)
