[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased Samsung product in 2021 and I was trying to use a machine without the agitator it was okay I prefer an agitator since this one working on it and replacing Parts on it and it did not it was no longer worth it so they replaced it or bought it out and I bought another Samsung and I have never been happier.

Connectivity was super easy. Energy efficiency is unbelievably great!! We just absolutely love our Samsung washer!!

Many options on how to wash each load. The speed is up to par. The machine itself pretreats so I just add the clothes & set the settings according to how souled the clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros- spacious capacity, quiet, easy buttons, nice looking panel. Cons: auto fill seems to not always fill enought to cover thr items on top. This one has no agitator, I believe it doesnt clean as well, *but it fits more (like rug, bedding)

Hopefully no mildew issues like our previous front load. I expect we'll use at least a few hundred more gallons a month though unfortunately given how many loads we run versus the front load.
