Our old washer was a few days shy of being 10 years old when a code came on and it was too expensive to fix. I looooove my new washer Elsie!! Yes, I named my washer. She works so well. I love how she tells me to do a self cleaning cycle between loads. I didn't think I would enjoy having an app for my washer but it truly is the app I need in my life. My clothes are coming out so clean and my towels are softer. I can't wait to get the matching dryer!! Then my life will be complete.

I love that I can easily fit a comforter in and know that's it has enough room to actually get properly washed and rinsed. Very easy to add in the smart things app. One of the best features is being able to choose how many times it rinses. Also having the the super speed option saves so much time. I haven't had any issues with needing to pretreating any clothing yet, it washes away dirt effortlessly.

The connectivity is super easy especially with a samsung phone because then it just tells me when the load is done! The efficiency is nice too because it doesnt take literally 5 hours to wash a load. 45 minutes or less!! Pretreating helps too because then you know that the clothes will be clean! It is an overall high speed product and love it so much!

I does a great job of cleaning our clothes after a hard days work. I can set the washer to what spin speed I want and it really an efficient washer. It is also quite quiet to run which is imporant to me bc I run the washer at odd times of the day and night. This was the first time I bought a black washer. Our house is contemporary styled and it fits the decor ergonomically. . However it does show fingerprints more. Not sure I would get black again. I really do not use the phone connectivity so I can not speak on that subject.

The lid is soft-close, so it's not made for those with anger issues who like to slam their lids (not me). It is much quieter than my previous washer. It's got a nifty, easy to read display (with cool little noises) that looks like they were almost made by Star Trek laundry engineers. Also, the lid is see-through , so I spent a couple of minutes watching it wash. A person is supposed to be able to connect it to the wifi, and I'm currently working on that—as soon as I'm done with this review. Ta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and immediately noticed that the water is very cold on the Normal cycle. According to the manual, the washer has "Automatic Temperature Control" (ATC) and Level 3 should feel like swimming pool temperature and Level 5 should feel like warm bath water on the Normal cycle. This is NOT the case. Samsung came out and said it was functioning as designed (clearly not the case as compared to what the manual said) so I had the retailer exchange it for another unit. I am having the same problem now. There is clearly a problem with the Automatic Temperature Control that Samsung has failed to address. I'm highly disappointed in the quality of this washer and would not recommend it.

It's fast setting really makes my day go smooth with moren effifency and higher capacity levels connectivity has never been better and I don't need to worry about pretreating ...definitely recommend it to anyone!!

It also makes it more roomy to were i can fit more things in the laundry room that possibly wouldnt fit until i came up with a great idea & made this change possible and convient. I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much! Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.
