The lid is soft-close, so it’s not made for those with anger issues who like to slam their lids (not me). It is much quieter than my previous washer. It’s got a nifty, easy to read display (with cool little noises) that looks like they were almost made by Star Trek laundry engineers. Also, the lid is see-through , so I spent a couple of minutes watching it wash. A person is supposed to be able to connect it to the wifi, and I’m currently working on that—as soon as I’m done with this review. Ta!

I have 7 kids, and need a large capacity washer being laundry is never ending in my home. Washer is insanely quite. Sleek design, Only reason for 4 stars is because it has only been two days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved the no center agitar. My husband loved the capacity. The very first load I could tell the clothes were cleaner, smell better. We don't use any scent beads or fabric softener just Tied soap. I like the soak feature, it does help get stains out. Especially with the smart wash does take the thinking & having to sort. Always forget to check for them. The self cleaning feature I'm grateful for. I have sensitive skin. Nothing bothers him. Won't wash my husband's clothes with mine. With this one I trust it's ok. The Wi-Fi feature is also helpful. I forget about clothes being in the washer. It's so quiet. But with the app I get a notification on my phone, which reminds me.(; The water jet inside is helpful. I couldn't imagine not having that in my life. Something to be aware of, is the size of your dryer. Like a half a load in this washer, would take two separate loads to dry. Unless you're like my husband just put it all in the dryer. Just run the dryer hotter & longer. I'm 5'9" never thought about having difficulty reaching in the washer unloading it. But the sloped front is for sure nice. My whites come out so white. Even without bleach. I have a septic tank so I don't use bleach much at all.

The tub size is great, pretreat option, and spore of spin cycle are amazing. We sometimes just have to hang up shirts or shorts to dry. Clothes come out clean and free of laundry detergent marks. We do not use the smart app application and optional settings on the display are greatly appreciated. Recommended.

This is our second Samsung washer and would highly recommend Samsung. Our first Samsung washer lasted 18 years with absolutely no problems. You can use Wi Fi to monitor your machine which is a very handing feature.

No more having to go to the laundromat because your bedding doesn’t fit in your washer. I love no agitator in the middle not only does it make more room in the washer for large loads, but my undergarments aren’t getting tangled all around it and being ruined.

I love the quick wash speed at 31 minutes. It’s quiet and I like the active jet feature instead of the agitator. I also use the gentle cycle for my bamboo sheets. Great performing washer

I also like the smart aspect that lets you control it with your app..Alexa let's you know when the job is done. Last but not least, it does a great job performance wise!
