I've had many vacuum brands and types over the years, but this is my favorite. It is very maneuverable and moves easily over carpet and solid floors. It has plenty of attachments, and the attachment tube is very pliable unlike others I've had. This Shark almost makes vacuuming fun.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used in 50 yrs( yes Im a senior citizen) its so very versatile and lightweight. We have a 90lb dog with black hair and 2 long hair cats so it does an amazing job with the hair. The first time I used it on the rug I had just swept with my old vacuum kinda horrified me at how much dirt and hair it sucked up.. It easily switches from carpet to hard floors to rugs.

I have always had shark vacumns and was excited about this. After having for several months, it doesn't suck things up correctly. Things always get stuck in the rubber. It just seems very cheaply made. It's also really hard to find replacement filters. The only nice thing is the light. I have only had it less than 6 months and already want to replace it.

I was in need of a vacuum that was lightweight but still powerful - the Shark Rotator Pet Pro Lift-Away totally fit the bill. It was a snap to assemble and offers accessories clean multiple surfaces. A few of negatives : First - power cord is too short. Needed to unplug and replug to cover a large room. Second - placement of the cord from the vacuum is awkward. There is warning of not to run cord over ( and who hasn’t done this?!?)which did occur, chewing through the cord covering ( 3rd negative) I had to use electricians’ tape on a brand new vacuum.

I don't like to leave reviews for products that are t what they seem, but I am so thoroughly fed up with machine that I'm breaking my rule. Only the suction is good. The push button release to extend the wand seems like a good idea, but you have to manually detach the cord placement or it drags the whole vacuum into your shins or ankles After using the wand you must manually attach and unloop the flexible tube and power cords and reattach on the machine. The power cord is too short for a large room. None of the optional attachments stay connected to the machine - they fall off with the slightest bump or turn - I finally threw them in a closet And while the machine is lightweight, it tends to fall over on a regular basis and can flex to go over dlthressholds and lightweight carpets/rugs: you must physically lift the machine to move between surfaces. Going back to my Dyson and putting is in my BnB.

Excellent suction, easy to clean I really Liked the Assortment of Tools provided Along with the machine. I was somewhat biased because I had a similar but smaller vacuum by sharp. I like the large capacity canister some of the crevices inside the chamber appeared to be easier to clean than the previous model. I got this by mail and was able to assemble without reference to the instructions as everything is very intuitive. I have been using half suction Power on my carpet.

I bought this product thinking that the lift away feature was the same as my older model...it is Not... it's just a term now for removing the power head from the motor...my older model does that plus has the lift away feature. A true lift away feature lets you carry around the canister while leaving the power head attached to the handle, thus giving you great cleaning power for under furniture! That's the whole reason to spend the extra $ on the lift away! On the plus side...it does have good suction and the power head has not been tangled with pet hair.

After vacuuming the house and emptying bin twice, the brush hardly had any dog hair on it. Works very well. Would have to use scissors to clean the roller brush on my last shark vacuum. Have a husky mixed that loses ridiculous amounts of hair. Hope this one last 10 years like my old vac. I registered it right away. Also worth noting the detail attachment is really cool. Looking forward to using that in my car for console buttons. Worth mentioning, great power, not loud, good manueverability. Picking a vacuum was tough, but felt good settling on this one.

I have had shark vacuums for years. This is the worst one I have had. In theory the fins to keen hair off the brush roller sounds like a great idea but not so in practice. Instead of the hair getting on the roller now it gets caught on the teeth before going on the felt roll. We have several animals and especially during shedding season we have lots of hair. When I vacuum I have to stop multiple times while vacuuming to clean out the comb, I have to do it at least as frequently as emptying the canister, sometimes more frequently. I am very disappointed in this vacuum if this was my first experience with Shark I would not by another one.

Going to be super critical because I vacuum multiple times a day. First - it does seem to do a good job of picking up dog hair %26 leaves carpets clean. BUT…. the bad outweighs that. Cord is entirely too short and plug is constantly falling out of the outlet. I have to unplug several times. My old Shark had a much longer %26 better cord. When I use the hose the vaccum constantly falls over. Very annoying and makes the hose almost unusable. The tools do not stay put and are always falling off - again making that option useless. Planning to return this one and look for a replacement. Would not recommend i
