Glad I bought this one. Love that you can remove the cannister from the base and use the wand with the small rotating brush/vac head to do carpet on stairs.

Light weight, easy to use and maneuver. Using it on the stairs is so much easier than the last two. The only thing I wish is that the odor container was something I could refill with my own solution.

Picks up hair in a couple swipes I believe I’m getting my monies worth I have 2 cats and 2 dogs all my animals shed and the dogs are a German shepherd and Great Pyrenees

I waited to purchase this vacuum during Sam's door busters. Got it for $199. Great price and vacuum is very powerful and has several attachments. Like it, but don't love it, only because it's a little bulky and heavy for me.

This vacuum works great and have been impressed with what it gets off our floors.. Was well worth the money spent and the tank holds a lot more than our previous vacuum.. Would recommend to anyone that have long haired double coated pets..

Bought a Shark becuase my co-worker raves about his. I'm very dissappointed in this vacuum. Does not work on Carpet at all. I tried 3-4 times over the course of a month just making sure I had the settings (like suction max and carpet selected) correct. Like another unsatisfied reviewer, it should NOT be marketed as a pet vacuum, and it definitely should not cost as much as it does. I should have just spent the extra money to buy another Dyson. PRO: Works fine on thin rugs/bare floors. I do wish it would auto assume floor type without having to press a manual switch. PRO: I do like the handle/rod better than my Dyson. PRO: It's akward to move around, but so was my Dyson at first. PRO: Dust cup is large CON: Carpet suction sucks. Just don't buy this vacuum if you have carpet. You will NOT be happy. Doesn't even seem like it works. My dust cup is near empty after a running over my carpeted ares (1 week in between with multiple shedding pets). I just vacuumed. I can visibly see hair, dirt, etc still on my thicker rug that I went over at least three times. CON: Attachment placement/holder seems odd. My attachments keeps falling off as I turn CON: the head is thicker than my Dyson, unable to get under the edges of various things, like my bookcase. This is a CON for me, but others may not care. It will require me to use my broom prior to the vacuum. CON: Cord is just slightly too short. Needs to be like another 6-12 inches longer. CON: It isn't smart enough to roll over it's own power cord, tries to suck it up. My cheap Bissell that is a vacuum/mop combo does better than this product.

I don't like to leave reviews for products that are t what they seem, but I am so thoroughly fed up with machine that I'm breaking my rule. Only the suction is good. The push button release to extend the wand seems like a good idea, but you have to manually detach the cord placement or it drags the whole vacuum into your shins or ankles After using the wand you must manually attach and unloop the flexible tube and power cords and reattach on the machine. The power cord is too short for a large room. None of the optional attachments stay connected to the machine - they fall off with the slightest bump or turn - I finally threw them in a closet And while the machine is lightweight, it tends to fall over on a regular basis and can flex to go over dlthressholds and lightweight carpets/rugs: you must physically lift the machine to move between surfaces. Going back to my Dyson and putting is in my BnB.

This Shark Rotator Pet Pro Lift Away is similar to our previous Shark vacuum. It is notably lighter than the older model. The power switch is not located on the handle. It is a red flip switch. The middle switch position is for bare floors and the all the way on position is for carpets. There is an additional switch on the handle for carpet choices. We chose this model because it has the front roller, plus the fin roller. It does a nice job picking up the kitty litter our cats throw out of the litter box. It is also getting a lot of dust and cat hair out of the carpet.

Excellent suction, easy to clean I really Liked the Assortment of Tools provided Along with the machine. I was somewhat biased because I had a similar but smaller vacuum by sharp. I like the large capacity canister some of the crevices inside the chamber appeared to be easier to clean than the previous model. I got this by mail and was able to assemble without reference to the instructions as everything is very intuitive. I have been using half suction Power on my carpet.

This sweeper was a decent price and we have purchased Shark sweepers in the past. It just seems made not as well. It is light and often tops over while sweeping. The other day it topped into my wall and chipped paint off. The cord is long but almost too long. It often gets in the way or run i er as I am sweeping. When emptying the container it leaves dust on the floor and the pad is dusty when the container is removed. Overall i would recommend a different sweeper.
