Great vacuum especially for pet hair. Nice feature if the front lights turning red if the roller is clogged. Easy clean rollers.

Wish the power switch was located on the handle like older model. I like the additional vehicle cleaning hose included.

I wasn’t sure if upgrading my older Shark was necessary, but I realize now that I made the right decision. I live this new vacuum. It works great on my laminate floors and the suction power is outstanding.

This unit is much lighter and easier to handle than the older one, probably six years old that I was replacing because of a damaged cord. This new unit has a power cord about 10' longer which will be much more convenient

Does a great job, quieter than my previous vacuums and easy to handle. Picks up the pet hair easily and is easy to empty. So far I am very pleased with it. I would buy it again.

This is a great vacuum that I bought to replace a previous shark. The only thing that would be better is self rewinding cord. It works really well at pulling up my two 3 year old tabbies hair.

It actually picks up very well. I like that it has 2 rollers with the front roller meant for finer debris/dust. It's not the lightest but I like the hefty feel. The dust bin makes it difficult to get under furniture but that isn't a deal breaker for me. The design looks cool too

I have had shark vacuums for years. This is the worst one I have had. In theory the fins to keen hair off the brush roller sounds like a great idea but not so in practice. Instead of the hair getting on the roller now it gets caught on the teeth before going on the felt roll. We have several animals and especially during shedding season we have lots of hair. When I vacuum I have to stop multiple times while vacuuming to clean out the comb, I have to do it at least as frequently as emptying the canister, sometimes more frequently. I am very disappointed in this vacuum if this was my first experience with Shark I would not by another one.

As a loyal shark product owner, I had high expectations. However this vacuum did not meet them. The suction is excellent. The product quality is not. Within a month the canister broke. The tool holder broke. The hose broke. And finally the power button fell down into the machine making it impossible to operate. This has been a frustrating purchase. I have had to revert back to using my shark from 9 years ago because it holds up so much better than this new one.

Wow I love this vacuum!!! It's light weight and cleans great!!!
