There have been no cats in this house for a year and still the first time I used the vacuum, I couldn't believe the cat here embedded in the carpet. Even better, I don't wear myself out vacuuming. Love it!

We loved it and are happy with our purchase. Easy to assemble, a bit heavy but it doesn't bother me. It vacuums my dog's hair SOOO well from our floor and carpet. My sister-in-law had recommended it to me and I gave it a shot, so happy I did!

I bought this because I can't stand to sweep my hardwood floors just to see the dust and dog still there. This vacuum picks up everything and the soft roller polishes the floor. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I had a Shark Rotator Vacuum for about 11 years until I had to replace it two years ago. Bought another Shark that was a clunky awkward piece of junk that I sent back. So I bought a cheap Bissell until Shark came out with a better sweeper. This vacuum is wonderful! It reminds me of the one I had for years. I sweep everyday because of two shedding golden retrievers so I am hard on sweepers. Suction is strong, it's self propelled and maneuvers well around furniture. You won't be sorry!

I love this vacuum! Finally one that's up to handling my 5 animal house. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and I'm allergic to the cats... So needless to say I have a very vested interest in getting cat, dog, and dust out of everything. I'm so very impressed with this. It pull up hair with the same efficacy of manually scraping. It cleans the air as it goes so it's not just kicking dust up it's sucking it up and I can finally clean without having to stop because of dust and animal allergies. And the detangling technology thing works great. I no longer need to clean the brushes. That's it. It's not that it's reduced cleaning it after every use to every other use. It's completely eliminated that step

I've had a Shark vacuum for about 5 years. It has always worked great. But when I saw this new and improved model, I had to have it and it doesn't disappoint. I went over my couch and the fine dust the Shark retrieved was impressive. I love the air freshener in it. The lift-away function is so much easier on the stairs. So my old model is my upstairs vacuum now.

I bought this because I own a smaller shark vacuum that really, worked very well, and thought , this would be better for my home. It turns out, this specific model doesn’t seem to work better than the one I already have. I feel let down because this unit cost over double than what I paid for the smaller one and just doesn’t seem to do better!

This vacuum does its job very well. The only problem I have is that I have a bad back and this vacuum is very heavy while vacuuming.

Great power, suction, movement, and attachments. My favorite vacuum thus far. Makes me want to clean everything.

Only vacuum my housekeeper wanted me to get after my old vacuum stopped working. The suction gets up all the pet hair. You need this vacuum.
