It started off great but went downhill fast. The positives: It’s lightweight and has great suction. The cons: the dog hair gets stuck around the self cleaning rotator and you have to dig it out. This is the second model with this soft brush roller in the front that has done this. Both are “pet pro’s”. The worst is the fact that the wheel literally fell off after using it only two times. I really wish they would make Shark vacs like they used to!

Does a great job! Remodeling & our old one decided to show its age… bought this one & have used it daily since…. Like that some attachments attach to it so everything is at hand. Easily empties & hose wand works perfectly too! Good machine at a great price.

This is the 4th one of this vacuum that I have purchased and probably my last. Overall it works pretty good at first, but it doesn’t take long for the roller to quit working. Each time they “improve” it they make it worse. The first version had a light on the wand which was nice, but they removed that a while ago. This latest version they cheaped out on the cord and made it about 3 feet shorter which means stopping to change outlets more often. Also, the prongs are loose in all of my outlets so it very easily falls out of the outlet while vacuuming. I already don’t like vacuuming and this thing isn’t helping.

It truly is not Heavy!, Not heavy to vacuum the floors or to remove and vacuum holding to do stairs!.. And it was important to me was the attachments that came with this. The best in selection and quality!,

Easy to put together and easy cleaning out the bin. Cleaned the carpet of dog hair so well. Took 3 containers full of dog hair out that I didn’t even see.

I love this vacuum! I have a long haired dog who sheds like crazy and this vacuum takes care of that on the floors and the sofa! It has powerful suction and I love the lift away feature! Definitely recommend this vacuum!

Okay so y’all I’ve got 6 animals. Three of long haired variety and two girls with long shedding hair in my home. Let me tell you-my house has never been this clean. It has amazing suction.

We loved it and are happy with our purchase. Easy to assemble, a bit heavy but it doesn't bother me. It vacuums my dog's hair SOOO well from our floor and carpet. My sister-in-law had recommended it to me and I gave it a shot, so happy I did!

Great vacuum but there is retractable cord and it is a pain to keep moving it so that I don't suck it up. The release of dust bin is excellent and the capabilities of function are good

So far this has been the best vacuum I have ever had! It literally made my old carpet look refreshed! I've had a couple Dysons and never got the hype or understood why they were so expensive. I will never buy Dyson again. This vacuum has changed the way I clean my house. It just feels cleaner now. Love it! So worth it!
