I absolutely love this vacuum. I have an australian shepherd who sheds like crazy. My dyson finally gave out on me, and I was in the market for a new vacuum. I did so much research and watched so many youtube videos comparing different vacuums especially with pets who shed. I almost considered whether I should buy another one because I hope this one never quits and may not find one this good again.

This vacuum is awesome. I love it. I had a Dyson before this, and granted it was old and probably getting tired, but this Shark beats the pants off of that Dyson. And it's not even the high end Shark, it's a really good mid-level vacuum. Suction is fabulous, the parts all work great. The one downfall is that you have nowhere to put the attachments on the vacuum itself, only two pegs coming off each side of the main body, so you have to like, choose which two attachments you want close by when using it. Other than that, I am in love with this vacuum. So far, I've used it to clean out the back of my SUV, and clean my house multiple times. I have a very thick woven, tight carpet that it really cleans well after years of only surface dirt getting pulled up. I am in love with this piece of equipment and so glad that I bought it!

Great to remove pet hair.

Great vacuum only downside it is on the heavy side if you carry upstairs.

Strong suction…never knew just how much dirt was in the carpet until using this vacuum.

Horrible purchase. It shuts down every 30 seconds while using.

Not as easy to maneuver as my previous shark does not have a swivel head so it is harder on my back

First thought is it works very well. Does stairs better than the old one.

This product is amazing, I love the versatility of different hand vac options.
