Lacking several attachments. Could have ordered off internet and gotten all attachements for a few $$ more than what I paid at Sam's.

Love the versatility of it and love the two speed suction. Great when you need to vacuum throw rugs.

I owned a Dyson but this sharks suction power out does the Dyson. I love it. Love the roller ah hair does not get wrapped around it.

Love how simple the vacuum is to use. The wand is much lighter and less cumbersome than the previous model Shark we had.

Shark vacuum is the best for picking up dog hair. When i vacuum I don't look back behind me and see any stray dog hairs. This is a very strong machine, now time will tell how long the vaccu5lasts.

Great vacuum! Love the clean scent while vacuuming. Love that it has a maximum and minimum level of picking up dust and dirt. Certainly makes the vacuum easier to maneuver.

Shark Pet Pro has been exactly what I needed. It definitely picks up more pet hair than any other vacuum I’ve ever had. My Lab has very fine hair that is difficult to pick up. I love the extra tools. I would absolutely recommend to anyone with pets

The vacuum is excellent! It’s easy to use it moves from carpet to wood floor without a problem! I’m impressed by how much dirt it collected and it’s easy to empty! I would definitely recommend this product to others!

Best Vacuum, unbelievable suction! I vacuumed my carpet , that had only been vacuumed the day before , and the amount of dirt and dust this vacuum picked up, well it was embarrassing! I feel now my floors are clean!

Very happy with this vacuum so far. Only used it about 5 times but it seems powerful, easy to maneuver and has some great attachments. Good value for what was spent
