Love this vacuum! Had a Dyson before and I would even say that I like this one better. The suction power is about the same but the the Shark is easier to maneuver and not as heavy as the Dyson. So glad I bought this one. With one dog and three cats out home is as clean as it gets. Can only recommend the Shark!

So far, I am happy with the performance of this vacuum. My only complaint is it does not come with a standard hard wood floor/laminated floor brush and I had to purchase it separate. If all you have is carpet, then it would be great. I also wanted a lighter weight version of my Dyson upright. It is just too heavy for me to lug up and down stairs. The Shark is perfect that I can detach the canister and do the stairs easily.

I needed an upgrade from a 20 year old Rainbow and after hours of research I set my heart on this Shark vacuum. The suction and ease of use is unlike any other! I was amazed at what this vacuum picked up that my Rainbow wasn’t. So easy to put together, maneuver and my kids can even help me clean!!

I always “upgrade” to the latest and greatest vacuum trends and end up returning back to the sharks! After our stick vacuum died after a year of use, it was a no brainer to go back to the shark and we absolutely love it! The suction is great and the fact that the hair doesn’t get tangled in the brush is such a big factor since we have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 kids!

Great vacuum for pet hair removal. Good suction and adjustable for carpet or wood floor. I like the detachable canister for stairs with no wheels to move off step. . Hand tool accessories helpful with couches. Slightly heavier than my smaller navigator shark but not too heavy. I love all my shark vacuums !!!!

Great little vacuum with a good amount of power. Accessories are easy to get to and use. Really like the brush/rubber feature in the power head - picks up the tiny dog hairs like a champ! All in all it’s nearly perfect for daily use. Nearly… because it would make it more convenient if it was cordless and came with 2 long-use batteries!! (The only reason it didn’t get the best rating!)

This is a great vacuum. The suction is great and pulled a lot of stuff out of the carpet that had been recently vacuumed with a stick vacuum. I like the ability to detach the actual vacuum from the base for portable use like cleaning your car. I've found that a stick unit isn't as well suited for that sort of use because the lack of a hose. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Honestly I am a total vacuum snob. I have bought every vacuum Available. These nicer sharks are the very most versatile and best bang for your buck. I love them. I own two just because I love having one on each floor. They are easy to keep clean. Just keep them clean and they will last forever and keep doing the same great job as the day you bought them!

I had given my old Shark rotator vacuum to my cleaning lady and purchased a new one. Now I'm sorry that I gave my old red vacuum away for the new one isn't as good as the old one was. I think I had the old red one for 7 to10 years or so. It was a great vacuum.
