Pie Crusts As Good as Homemade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can always count on Pillsbury pie crusts to be flaky and delicious. Most people never suspect my pies are made with refrigerated dough! I've made many pie crusts over the years and I am more than happy to use Pillsbury crusts now. Outstanding quality and great results every time!

Great option when in a pinch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I prefer fresh crust, these pie crusts are an absolutely fantastic option when you are in a pinch or do not feel like making the homemade option. We use these for pies, quiches and pot pies and they are always great.

Everytime I use pie-crust/pet-ritz-deep-dish-pie-c

Everytime I use pie-crust/pet-ritz-deep-dish-pie-crust it is always broken after it cooks.. I repair cracks before I bake but invariably there are cracks that happen in the oven. I have bought another product that is packaged much better and they aren’t broken. Unfortunately the store where I shop doesn’t carry that particular brand and the other store was out of it so I bought your product again. I’ve already baked two crusts and both have cracks .. I’m at a loss as to why you can’t package with a heavier plastic and a cover.. I’ve wasted my money for the last time on your product and believe me I’ve bought them for years and put up with the cracks but enough is enough.

Very sad.  I have always used these pie crusts and even used them in a blind bake with no problems.......I have been trying this afternoon to make a quiche..... been through 4 of them.... used weights, etc..... and they all shrunk down to 1/4 of the original size.  And I agree with other posts that the smell is not the same!  Very, very disappointed.......

I have bought this product for years. Went to buy

I have bought this product for years. Went to buy it again today to make a pie. Followed the directions. Used it as I always have. Both single crusts shrank. I don’t know what you did to change your product but I am annoyed. I wasted my time and money on this. Plus I really wanted pie. No pie for me. From reading the comment, I am not the only one. You should really do something about this problem. It’s not that I did something wrong. I followed the directions. Your product now sucks.

Easy as Pie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the next best thing to homemade pie dough. It’s so easy to use and so delicious! I can even design different toppings with cookie cutters and a knife. So when people say that they love my homemade pie and especially my crust, I can’t help but blush, but eventually I tell the truth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Pillsberry pie crust only, only because of the other brands or store brands seem to be smaller and or dried out. The piecrusts are more like what I remember as a kid growing up! Like grandmas, almost!

After years of using these crusts with ease, I am

After years of using these crusts with ease, I am greatly disappointed in the current product: they are smaller and thinner—so thin you barely taste it with the filling; so thin, the pie slice falls apart during plating. Whose brainchild was this? If it ain’t broke…???

The pie crust tastes like plastic. I have purchase

The pie crust tastes like plastic. I have purchased them before, but I will never again purchase these pie crusts. They ruined two cherry pies by giving them both a chemical plastic taste and smell. The pie crusts need to be recalled and our money needs to be refunded for the pie crusts and they ingredients that we used to make the pies. I am hoping that they we are not going to become sick from these crusts.

The Pie crust that makes you smile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pie crust is the closest to homemade texture and flavor that I have ever tasted! I have used these pie crust for the past 8 years and I dearly love them. The only thing that they could improve on is making them a little bit larger so you have enough crust on a nine inch crust that you can flute them pretty! I would definitely recommend these crust to the pie bakers in your house!
