[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this crust mainly when I make Chicken Pot Pie. I don’t try to make my own crust when this is so much easier and better! It is sooooo flaky and has a wonderful flavor. I have tried store brands before and they are not too bad, but if I can get pillsbury, even if it’s a little pricier, I go for that every time!

I have tried the generic brands in the past, and they always crumble and fall apart when I roll them out to use. Pillsbury brand is always perfect. The crust is very fresh and very easy to work with. It also has an amazing flavor. It is well worth the extra money to get the Pillsbury brand pie crust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite choice when I am going to make a pie. It is the closest to homemade. Every one loves my pies and thinks they are homemade. It is so easy to use and their is no mess to clean up. Fast, easy and economical.

I PICKED UP FOUR BOX'S OF PILLSBURY PIE CRUST, HAVE USED TO MAKE 4 PIES SO FAR. THEY DO NOT MAKE MUCH OF PIE CRUST. DON'T COOK VERY WELL. JUST THICK AND SOFT - VERY POOR. BOX JL 1958 60 CODE. NOT SURE IF I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG BUT I WILL START MAKING MY OWN AGAIN.

I agree with so many others' reviews here! What did you do the these once perfect pie crusts?? I have made pumpkin and pecan pies for years with perfect results using these crusts, but his year these pie crusts were horrible. They did not come all the way up the sides of the SAME pie pans I have used for years (since the 70's) and they were very thin and pretty much glued to the bottom of the pie plates which has never happened before! They were an embarrassment to serve. What gives? Why change it up so drastically? I am extremely disappointed with Pillsbury and want you to fix this. Go back to making the pie crusts the same way you always have. I thought you were better than this, Pillsbury.

You have changed the size of the pie crust. I’ve used your crust since you launched and use the same pie pan as long. This year it barely makes it to the edge of the pan and is as thin as paper! Did you think we wouldn’t notice? Why why why do companies do this? I understand that costs increase, so charge more, but do not decrease the size because you think your consumers are not smart enough to realize! You will loose me as a customer and to think I always bought your brand because I thought it meant quality!

I have used your pie crust for eons for its quality and ease. But this year's Thanksgiving crust was soooo bad! It baked up hard as concrete and not the least flakey. From recent reviews, it seams I'm not the only one to purchase this inferior product. Sure messed with my famous pecan pie.

I have 2 9-inch glass pie dishes which you suggest when using your pie crusts.  Your pie crust stick to my pie dish, and they are so thin they burn or get very crisp.  I used a thin layer of non-stick spray on the bottom of the pan this time and the pie crust didn't stick to the bottom.  Your crusts are so thin and small these days, I cannot crimp the edge of the crust.  I have tried your pie crusts too many times, and they don't get any better.  I will stop using them in the future.

I use these for pumpkin pies, fruit pies, and even chicken pot pies. Pillsbury does a great job making sure you can find a pie crust that gives reliable, consistent results
