Did you change the recipe for your pie crusts? Made pumpkin pie bites and an apple pie. I always use your pie crust......well this year my desserts crusts didn't make it past the next day! They both became very soft and disgusting.....nobody will eat the desserts because of the crust. Are you taking quality ingredients out to save money! Why the change?? Will start making my own now.

The incredible shrinking product, I am so not happy! I thought I would use this to save time, but I wasted my money and time as I had to make my crusts! These are 9”, that’s it, and won’t even cover the pie plate! I’d give it a zero if I could! First and last time I ever buy this product, don’t waste your money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this product several times a month when entertaining our family each week. Our children and grandchildren love cream pies so we make them often for dessert. They are very easy to use and are just as good as any other crust we’ve had.

It would appear that a great majority of corporations producing pie crusts are doing much the same as all other manufacturers, in that they are, slowly but surely, reducing the size of their products.  Remember the 3 Musketeers Bar of 30-40 years ago?  And the "Penny Candy" of days gone by?  Prices go up and up over the years, even as the size of the products go down and the net pay of the lower and middle classes go stagnant or go down.  Being on a fixed income (Retired) means becoming very frugal and particular with purchases.  It has been some time since I purchased a number of Pillsbury Items, but I will try again to see how they are doing and will write POSTAL LETTERS if I am not happy with a product.  Do you all really think that anyone at Pillsbury REALLY reads these things...that a Big Corporation would PAY anyone to do that?????   REALLY?

I PICKED UP FOUR BOX'S OF PILLSBURY PIE CRUST, HAVE USED TO MAKE 4 PIES SO FAR. THEY DO NOT MAKE MUCH OF PIE CRUST. DON'T COOK VERY WELL. JUST THICK AND SOFT - VERY POOR. BOX JL 1958 60 CODE. NOT SURE IF I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG BUT I WILL START MAKING MY OWN AGAIN.

Made a chicken pot pie 5/28/21and it had a strong chemical taste. Like chlorine bleach. Pillsbury needs to check up on this . We live in the south Jersey area . Seems a lot of reviews coming in with the same issue! Googled pie crust tastes like chlorine and came upon these reviews. Whole meal ruin. Can’t get taste out of my mouth yuk!

I have used these pie crusts as long as they have been offered. I just baked a pie that we spit out, wondering if the crust is rancid. It's June 2023 they're not supposed to expire until August. I noticed that other people have noticed a difference in these. These taste like an oil of some kind. When I rolled them out they were very dry, cracked easily, and we're not smooth, these literally just came from the store. I hope you have not changed the recipe but then again I hope there's not something wrong with the batch that I just put in my mouth. A special pie treat had to go in the trash, after all of the work I put into it and I don't appreciate that. I have a terrible aftertaste like metallic taste. These are not as they've always been. Really gross

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pillsbury Pie Dough is easy to use. always fresh and tastes wonderful. The pie looks like it came from a bakery and is delicious. I have use this product many times and never had a complaint. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I make the best chicken pot pie ever with 1 single crust. All you need is: 1 rotisserie chicken, (chicken meat pulled), 1/2 bag mixed frozen veggies, 1 envelope powdered chicken gravy, cup of water, 1 pie crust. Unfold the circular pie crust and cut a circle for the bottom of the pie pan only (save the scrape for strips on top.) Cook bottom crust then pile the chicken on top of crust. After making the instant gravy, dump in the veggies and let sit a minute. Pour onto chicken and then put stripes of leftover crust across the top. Cook until crust is brown and filling hot (15-20 minutes on 400.) BEST Pot Pie EVER!
