Best pre-made pie crust!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillsbury pie crusts make cooking quick and easy. I love being able to throw together a delicious pot pie for my family. It looks and tastes just like homemade. I would definitely recommend this product to busy moms like me.

I have been very disappointed with the last 3 boxe

I have been very disappointed with the last 3 boxes I have purchased . The pie crust has a complete different texture, taste and roll out ability. I don't like making my own crust but will have to in future or experiment with store brands instead of using pillsbury roll out pie crust. The cost has risen and the product has not improved. Please go back to your old recipe.

Better than homemade if you aren’t a professional pastry chef.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a problem with these pie crusts. Now, you must know that the crust in the box is NOT a criss-cross crust or lattice crust as is shown on the box in the left side of the label. But it is a great pie crust. It fits large pieces pans, is flaky and very easy to use.

My all-time favorite ready to go store bought crust. These days and fast times, making from scratch isn't always an option, but with Pillsbury Pie Crusts, I can whip up a great dessert quick and no one knows it's not homemade. Best of all... They taste Great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use Pillsbury Pie Crusts when making apple pies at the Holidays, Chicken Pot Pies for dinner, or Quiche for brunch. They last in the refrigerator for some time, making them very convenient to use.

This pie crust has definitely changed and not for

This pie crust has definitely changed and not for the better. I have used this pie crust for years, and after my experience this time it may be the last. I made pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving and the dough seemed to have several issues. 1) it was sticking to itself when I was trying to unroll it, 2) it didn’t fit my 9” pie pans very well, 3) I couldn’t get the pie pieces out of the pan, because the crust was sticking to the edges of my pie pan (same pie pans my Mom used for years then passed on to me several years back). Not only was it embarrassing for me at my dinner but even more of an embarrassment when I gave one of the pies to a family friend and find out they had the same trouble and 4) It had a very odd flavor. Nothing worse than a mutilated piece of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving. I also made pumpkin pecan tassies that I have made for years using this same crust. These were even baked in a nonstick pan and the tassies were still stuck in the muffin cavities. Pillsbury needs to figure out what the problem is, or if they changed the recipe they need to go back to the original.

Delicious and Flaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pie crust. Not a baker so easy to unroll and use. I used it to make home made chicken pot pies. The crust was nice and flaky and cooked golden brown. I would definitely recommend this pie crust to those who do not know how to make their own crust.

Great option when in a pinch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I prefer fresh crust, these pie crusts are an absolutely fantastic option when you are in a pinch or do not feel like making the homemade option. We use these for pies, quiches and pot pies and they are always great.

I'm going to stop buying the roll out pie dough because, not matter what I do, the crust always shrinks. Tonight I tried prebaking a single pie crust--I even lined the unbaked pie crust with foil and filled the crust up with beans, and the crust STILL shrank. I think the size of the roll up crust probably works well for an 8" pie pan, but I use a 9" pan. Pillsbury needs to make a larger size.

Multi-generational family cooking family recipes for pies. These have been good for years.  However, So disappointing this year, Pillsbury has reduced the size of its pie crusts....so none of the family gets crusts on their pies.....the dough is barely wide enough to cover the bottom of a standard pie pan.....the filling came up all the way to the top of the crust.   I'll be looking for alternative brands that don't cut corners...and take away one of the most looked forward part of a pie...the crust edges.
