I have used these for years, The last one I bough

I have used these for years, The last one I bought (making a lemon meringue pie so need a cooked pie shell). Made the first one - completely shrunk down. Used a 9" glass pie dish. Threw it out and used the second. Same thing happened. I know what I'm doing and these were awful. I followed instructions and brought to room temperature - pricked the bottom. What a waste of money. So disappointed. Now going to make pie crust from scratch and threw my whole day out of whack as far as timing for an Easter dinner dessert.

I have used the refrigerator crust for decades; WITHOUT complaints. This is now the 2nd box of crusts that are literally dry, falling apart even as I open them out, they rip. What is going on? Who is making or are you all cutting corners? TERRIBLE. I won't trust you with my Holidays pies this season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Pillsberry pie crust only, only because of the other brands or store brands seem to be smaller and or dried out. The piecrusts are more like what I remember as a kid growing up! Like grandmas, almost!

I have 2 9-inch glass pie dishes which you suggest when using your pie crusts.  Your pie crust stick to my pie dish, and they are so thin they burn or get very crisp.  I used a thin layer of non-stick spray on the bottom of the pan this time and the pie crust didn't stick to the bottom.  Your crusts are so thin and small these days, I cannot crimp the edge of the crust.  I have tried your pie crusts too many times, and they don't get any better.  I will stop using them in the future.

I have been using Pillsbury pie crust for years and I like it very much as long as my pie doesn't exceed 8 or 9 inches. I truly wish you would make a larger crust for two reasons: 1. I could make much fuller prettier fluting around the edges 2. I like deep dish pies but this crust needs to be much larger for those. Now don't tell me to use the Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust. I am still an old school cook even though I choose not to make my own pie crust and I like to use my own pie plates and pans.

The incredible shrinking product, I am so not happy! I thought I would use this to save time, but I wasted my money and time as I had to make my crusts! These are 9”, that’s it, and won’t even cover the pie plate! I’d give it a zero if I could! First and last time I ever buy this product, don’t waste your money!

Like others have mentioned, there are specks all in the crusts. I have never seen this before, so it's very suspicious to me. It looks like pepper or, cringe, something got ground up in the flour. No way am I using speckled pie crusts. I will be contacting QC to complain. Better yet, I'll save the crusts and ask them to eat it. And as far as the chemical smell, I didn't cook these crusts, but I can guarantee that no food should smell or taste like a chemical. C'mon Pillsbury, do a recall!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a complaint with the Pillsbury Pie Crust. They bake up great each time I use them in my recipes. When left out at room temperature, they unroll with no tears or problems. Definitely the OG of dough for me.

How do you sell a pie crust product that has been

How do you sell a pie crust product that has been shrunk both in thickness and circumference so that it tears at a mere touch and no longer fits a standard pie plate? This was my favorite go to pie crust when I did not have time to make my own. You might have saved a few pennies per box, but you lost a customer.

The pie crust tastes like plastic. I have purchase

The pie crust tastes like plastic. I have purchased them before, but I will never again purchase these pie crusts. They ruined two cherry pies by giving them both a chemical plastic taste and smell. The pie crusts need to be recalled and our money needs to be refunded for the pie crusts and they ingredients that we used to make the pies. I am hoping that they we are not going to become sick from these crusts.
