[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just as good as home made, only way easier. I’m an avid at-home baker and will make everything from scratch, but pie crust is one of those things that Pillsbury does just as well but makes it so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pie-crust is one of those things where buying the name brand is worth it. The Pillsbury pie crust is the only one I’ll use for my famous chicken pot pie. You get 2 crusts, they roll out easily and bake to a nice golden brown in about 20 mins.

After years of using your pie crusts with excellent results, it’s clear you have cheapened the product in two ways. Amount and quality. The last two times I used your pie crusts for a single pre-baked crust, both while still within the “use by” date and precisely following all directions, they have not adequately covered the pie plate and they have both shrunk to an unusable degree. The Pillsbury brand used to stand for quality. Now it stands for waste of money.

I tried to use this crust to prebake and fill for lemon meringue.  It shrunk all the way to the bottom of my pie dish.  I thought it was because I forgot to pierce with fork, so I tried again.Guess what?  It did it again.  Really pressed for time here and thought this would be easier and quicker than making my own crust.  Soooooo disappointed!

I've made many pie crusts over the years and I am more than happy to use Pillsbury crusts now. Outstanding quality and great results every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this product because it has very good reviews on any website you look at.It not very expensive it’s at a good price.You can find it anywhere and is very good.The one thing i don’t not like about it is you can’t buy it in bulk.

I don’t understand all the one star reviews. I used this crust for the first time today to make 2 standard 9 inch pecan pies. I let the dough get to room temp before unrolling it, and there was just enough to make crimps. I think the dough probably should be rolled out just a little, but it ended up working fine. I poked the bottom with a fork a few times also. The taste is great, came out better than the crust I usually make with vegetable shortening and butter. Came out crispy and flakey and it didn’t shrink more than 1/4 of an inch. It’s a good pie crust and I’ll use it again, except I’ll roll it out just a little to make better crimps around the edges. 

I have bought this product for years. Went to buy it again today to make a pie. Followed the directions. Used it as I always have. Both single crusts shrank. I don’t know what you did to change your product but I am annoyed. I wasted my time and money on this. Plus I really wanted pie. No pie for me. From reading the comment, I am not the only one. You should really do something about this problem. It’s not that I did something wrong. I followed the directions. Your product now sucks.

Pie crust shrinks so horribly bad. I followed the directions perfectly, but the crust shrank so bad that half the filling came out. Given the number of complaints regarding this, and Pillsbury's lack of concern leads me to believe that they really don't care. Terribly product by a terrible brand.

I love this product and have used it for many years.  I agree with another review that I would like these made for a deep dish pie.  The crust is fine when making a standard size but not if you need deep dish which I often do when I make savory pies.
