[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes when there is not enough time to make a homemade crust, my go to is always Pillsbury Pie Crusts. They are great for throwing together a quick quiche on a weekend morning without having to pull out the flour, shortening, butter, water, measuring cups and food processor!

I have been using these pie crusts since they were Pet-Ritz, since before I was allowed to turn on the stove, over 40 years. This year they are very thin, and transparent in spots. Worst batch ever! I certainly will not be using these for Christmas, I am deeply disappointed, and will be sharing this with all of my friends.

I've used Pillsbury pie crusts for years. The box I opened today - well, something seemed wrong. The uncooked crust smelled "off". I then came to the website to see if others had reported any issues and it looks like many bakers are experiencing "differences" with the crust. Not wanting to ruin my meal, I threw the Pillsbury crusts away and ran to the store, buying a store brand. What's going on? I'll continue checking back here for reviews, and will not purchase more Pillsbury crusts until bakers become more pleased with the product.

The pie crusts shrunk down on all sides. I hope to not have to go to the grocery store on the day before Thanksgiving to buy pie crusts again not to mention the waste of money. With all the complaints listed for this issue I wonder why Pillsbury would not correct the problem and stand behind their product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pie crust is easy to bake. Just roll out and it is ready to go. I have used this for savory pies as well as sweet. It comes with two in a box and saves a ton of time that making a crust would take. I have purchased store brand in the past but the Pillsbury crust has better texture and flavor.

Their ready made pie crust are easy to work with and delicious. And they come out perfect every time, unlike homemade. So stop going through the trouble and spend your time elsewhere.

Purchased a box of 2 pie crusts to makeour pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving. They seem to be thinner than I remember them being and smaller too. I have large pie pans and have always had enough at the edges to crimp it and couldn't do that plus the crust got crunchy on the bottom. This has never happened. The crust us thinner. What's up Pillsbury? Are you starting to make them smaller and thinner to cut costs and rip off customers? Has anyone else had this problem?

So, usually my husband makes his own pie crust. He has RA and this year he just couldn't do it. America's Test Kitchen and my friend Cheryl recommended Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust. I had high hopes. We were both very disappointed. It reminded me of my sister-in-law's pie the year she experimented with lard vs vegetable shortening. It was heavy and not at all flaky. I wonder if you might consider using vegetable shortening. We used to use Crisco but in recent years switched to Spectrum which we like better. As for us, I guess if we can't make our own crust, we won't be eating pie for the holidays.

Very disappointed with the last two pie crusts we have purchased. When baked for a one crust pie as per directions. The crust shrinks away from edges and the crust is very tough and hard, next to impossible, to cut? What causes this to happen? Signed. Very disappointed in Arizona. Becky.

I wish that this product was available in a deep dish option.  I have deep dish stoneware Pampered Chef pie pans that I do not wish to forgo.  Or maybe done in a large sheet format (like the crescent roll sheet) so that they can be trimmed to fit any purpose
