[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is absolutely great, for the price this product does what it is supposed to do without fail and it is easy to clean. If you are looking for a floor cleaner that will do the job you can't go wrong with this one.

It goes through product fast as well and it's time consuming to constantly change the water and then to take everything apart and clean it independently after each use. For the price, I would have expected much better results. It doesn't clean my tile at all. I would not recommend this product at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Crosswave steamer to clean tile and engineered wood. I vacuum an area, then depress the steam button to go over it again with the "steam mop" feature. The max fill clean water tank cleaned 750sq ft as it advertises...but I did have to stop and empty the dirty water tank halfway through, and add more clean water and solution. So there is no, clean 325sqft or 750sq ft.... It does 300sqft at a time. There are no written or picture instructions in the box... but I found plenty of videos online for review. You still should drymop at least to pick up spills on the floor. This mop is not height adjustable. And it will not act like a wetvac and pick up, say, spilled food. You do need to move slowly to clean floors. However, still faster and easier than sweeping, vacuuming and THEN mopping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with my CrossWave. Actually, it surpassed my expectations! I look forward to using it. Cleans the tile floor extremely well. I continue to see improvement with the grout lines too. The more I use it, the better the grout is looking. They were in serious need of cleaning--the Hydrosteam is amazing . I did not want to hire a floor cleaning company, due to the chemicals they use on the floors. We have a dog, was unwilling to expose her to chemicals on the floor. I have used a competitor's brand of a Wet/Dry Vac, in the past. My CrossWave is far better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything went well the first use, but second time the clean water wouldn't discharge from the reservoir...to clean or do the clean out afterward. The troubleshooting guide was not helpful. So, I'm off to a vacuum repair shop next week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the regular crosswave for a while, so when I saw thing one with steam I knew I needed to upgrade. This thing does a great job. It's easy to clean once your done using it, and the self cleaning feature is awesome too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 85% of my floors are waterproof laminate and tile in the bathrooms. The first time I used it I was amazed how good a job it was. Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years. Clean-up was a snap. The only downside is its weight but when running it handled much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to clean my tile floor. My tiles has some texture and it gets dirty pretty fast in the high traffic area. This hydrosteam machine actually clean better than I expected. I wish I had bought this a while ago. It would be nice for the future model to have bigger tank capacity for clean and dirty water container.

It sweeps, and mops dirt, spills and accidents all in one. The steam option works great with hard to clean and old spills. The best feature is the self cleaning mode. Truly hands free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the product and maybe with more use I will get the hang of it. I wish it was a little easier overall with the use. You need to read the instructions, as there are specific things you have to consider between the different surfaces etc... Also, the instructions are not great at explaining or identifying well the difference between the rollers. I was hoping for a product that was a little easier to use, but I am sure with more use, it will become easier.
