I LOVE my new CrossWave HydroSteam! This is my second CrossWave and I am very happy with my purchase! I typically vacuum and then steam my tile floors. The HydroSteam can do all of that and is great for quick cleanups. I love the small area/rug cleaning capability.

Bissell Crosswave definitely a game changer when doing your floors! Works great and is super easy and quiet when in use!

Having two dogs who are not well housebroken and a rabbit that sheds all the time this machine makes cleaning the floors not only easy, but also so rewarding. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was prepared to return the multi surface cleaner because I couldn't see how it could deal with all the dog hair in my house. I have 2 Corgies and a Golden. I was amazed. It dealt with all the hair and dirt beautifully! The vacuum did a better job than my regular vacuum and mopped like a dream. Only issue is no attachment for crevices. I will sweep corners with a broom because I am saving 2 hours with this machine.

As the cleaning fluid is used up it leaves a foam residue that is hard to completely remove from the tile floor. This may be user error and as I learn more I hope to find a solution. #sweepstakes
