I LOVE my new CrossWave HydroSteam! This is my second CrossWave and I am very happy with my purchase! I typically vacuum and then steam my tile floors. The HydroSteam can do all of that and is great for quick cleanups. I love the small area/rug cleaning capability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac Exclusive Bundle because it is used as a vacuum, tile and hardwood floor sanitizer, area rug cleaner, etc. This is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted a vacuum that could also clean tiles. Now that I have this, I don't have to bend down to clean my floors anymore! What I wish this vacuum had is a hand-held attachment. I bought the exclusive bundle because it comes with different sanitizers and cleaners and many other things!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything went well the first use, but second time the clean water wouldn't discharge from the reservoir...to clean or do the clean out afterward. The troubleshooting guide was not helpful. So, I'm off to a vacuum repair shop next week.
