I was hoping that the Bissell would do as advertised. I took the chance. Knowing the price was somewhat more than I wanted to pay. But for once I believe I got what I paid for. This unit does everthing I was hoping to find in a floor ckeaner

My husband said that he is going to throw his mop and bucket away. (He's a Navy veteran and always used his mop and bucket - until this machine came along).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well built and designed. More like commercial machine,than for home use. Best purchase I've made in floor cleaning,ever! It cut a 4 hour hand mopping job on my laminate floors to less than one hour. No dirty mop heads to wring out and no emptying mop bucket water 4 or 5 times. I wish the power cord was several feet longer is only thing from it being perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had about 7 or 8 floor cleaners over the years and this is hands done the best for hard floors. It puts down the steam, not a lot of water, scrubs and vacuums effortlessly. The floor is nearly dry when done and picks up all the dirt instantly. Love the self cleaning function to get the brush clean when done. Wish I had this years ago.

I have had several models over the years and this combines steamer, vacuum, and cleaner all in one. I have not used the self clean function yet, but I am sure that will be a great feature. I have a senior dog and a large puppy, so I clean all the time! It save me time and gets the job done..great job Bissell!

Our home flooded during Hurrican Idalia and i had no idea how we were going to get our tile floors clean again after the sanitation process. I bought this wonderful cleaner and it did just that. My floors look better than ever and smell fresh and clean. Love this product, thank you Bissell!!

No more calculating timetables ... when will I have time to vacuum and then follow up right after to wet mop? I can now take my time to vacuum and then wet mop as I'm going! And the wet/steam cleaning is so much better than using a sponge mop! The clean-up is easier than I thought and quicker! Great product for my tile floors, laminate floors and large area rugs!

Ran my new Crosswave over it the other day (in area rug mode) and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out. Not impressed with my cleaner but very impressed with my Crosswave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down one of my favorite products I bought in recent years! It makes cleaning the floors easy and less time consuming. The only thing that I can find this product lacking is that there's no small brush or extension to clean tight spaces. So in these instances I still need the mop, but the CrossWave cuts a lot of time and effort in cleaning the larger areas that are accessible by it. So 100% worth it.
