[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time vacuuming and then moping my floors. This wet/dry vac is great for me, I do not have near as much back pain using this vac. It is lightweight and takes half of the time. I would definitely buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight but has powerful suction. Steaming formula cleans tile thoroughly. Cleans an amazing amount of filth out of my area rugs. Easy to use. Cleaning process after each use keeps the machine smelling fresh.

This hydrosteam machine actually clean better than I expected. I wish I had bought this a while ago. It would be nice for the future model to have bigger tank capacity for clean and dirty water container.

I have taken them in and they thank me with occasional puddles. The Bissel crosswise hydro steam is a God send. I had my doubts but it is very sturdy, easy to handle and clean. I have hardwood floors and it returns the sheen and does a very thorough job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love crosswave. I have a cordless first. Then the dirty water tank light kept coming on and there was no water in the tank so the sensor broke. So I ended up buying a new one. I love it even though it's not cordless.

We actually had the cordless one before, but since this has a steam function we decided to get it and try it out. Our whole house is hardwood floor and the HydroSteam is awesome to use between mopping. It cleans the floor great. Only drawback is the cord. However, it is understandable since it has the steam function. Love the CrossWave Hydro Steam and will recommend and buy it again.

Good quality manufacturing I've only had it a short time so far but seems very well made. I love the steam option. There aren't any other vacuum AND wet vac machines out there that can steam also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically got this to eliminate a step when sweeping and mopping my floors and well as steaming them to make a cleaner environment for my babies learning to crawl. Feedback: 1. It does the job but you have to go so slow that it doesn't save anytime. 2. The steam takes a few minutes to heat up (longer than the manual says). Not a huge deal just was a learning curve. 3. It doesn't leave enough moisture to stay wet for the required 5 minutes to sanitize. Even going over it twice isn't enough. Possibly user error? 4. It leaves about an inch and a half around the base of my cupboards and walls that it doesn't reach so I end up having to get the mop out for that anyway. Conclusion: I hope to work out the kinks and find a groove in order to work this machine into my cleaning schedule efficiently. But after two uses I'm concerned it wasn't worth the money. #sweepstakes
