I had a problem with mine after 1 1/2 years of being used hard the cleaning solution sprayer had an issue that shut down the entire thing. After checking out the troubleshooting and web I contacted customer support and they went through the whole process and found that the machine had failed and they are going to replace it with a new machine!! Great Company and I also own their "Big Green Machine " for deep cleaning my carpets! If I were to change anything about the wet/dry vacs is to not "Oversell " the Self Cleaning theory. Regardless of your cleaner you "HAVE TO" disassemble and WASH them (including filter) to avoid the sour smell from the roller, tank and filter! I accept this as a given and would still recommend it to everyone!!

We swept the floor first and then used the Bissell. We are looking forward to having a great piece of equipment to keep our new floors in their best shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about this product but unfortunately it doesn't stand by it self or what ?? Is this for all of unit or just this one which I got ? First time I was using and it didn't stand and fell on my foot oh my god , so severe pain because it's heavy & injured my foot badly :( I really wanted to like it because i saw so many videos about that cross wave and then finally decided to buy . I don't know I just feel like I wasted my money because this machine is not cheap .

My goodness. I was blown away by this little guy. It should be on everyone's next christmas, birthday, mothers day, Thanksgiving, president's day etc wish list. Just took a stressed cat, theres so much cat pee pee everywhere home and got the smell out of the porous tiles (thankfully). Cannot reccomend this enough. Only complaint is the small volume the dirty water holds despite the size of the bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissel Crosswave Hydrosteam wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I'm a mom of 2 toddlers and 5 cats, living in an all-tile house. Cleaning the floors is a time consuming constant task between sweeping or dry vacuuming first and then wet mopping. Stuck on messes are always around with the little kids. I was absolutely thrilled to receive this product, which incorporates both dry and wet vacuuming all in one piece of technology- saving me time in being able to tackle every kind of mess in one fell swoop. I truly love the Crosswave Hydrosteam as it is quite efficient. I love that it has LED lights to help see the debris and pet hair as you go. I think the only downside is that it is loud just like a regular vacuum, however, it is so convenient to be able to dry vacuum and just push a button as you're going to create steam and tackle a spill of any kind. I found that the reservoir for the cleaning solution is large enough to get through all the main living areas without having to refill, even if you use the steam function the majority of the time. Using the steam function on spills is so easy - just push the steam button as you go over with the brush and it lifts everything in a few swipes. It also does not leave the floor too wet, it dries off pretty quickly, and no streaks left behind. I love how easy it is to clean the dirty water tank - easy to pop it out, rinse it out, and put it back together in no time. The self clean function has to be my favorite part. After steam mopping a lot of stuck on messes, it's fantastic to be able to set it on its base and have it clean the brush immediately so it's ready for the next use right away without having to change it or take it out. The self-clean cycle just needs clean water and it's very quick. The vacuum head is very flexible to help going around corners and maneuvering easily. I'm grateful to have received this vacuum. It is a fantastic multifunctional product!

I bought this on September 2024 and had to get it replaced 4 times. The steam failed, the water squirting failed, the roller also failed because it stop spinning and it leaves water streaks This is very disappointing and frustrating to have bought this product and not work like it supposed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the unboxing: Upon first glance I could tell this is a very sturdy and well made product. Included are three 8 oz mini bottles. 1.Multi-surface cleaner 1.Hard floor sanitizer 1.Cleaning cycle formula to rinse the brush. An extra dust filter is also included. Vacuum performance: I am very satisfied on how well this vacuum picks up direct, large debris, cleans stains on hard floors. It is very easy to maneuver and has a generous amount of power cord. Switching between hard floors, carpet/rugs or cleaning formula is a breeze, just press the button located on the handle. Compared to my much pricier battery powered stick vacuum, I can honestly say this vacuum does just as well if not better! Pros: 1)Vacuum easily switches between hard floors, rugs, carpet, wet or dry mode at the press of a button. 2)Vacuum features are very user friendly and easy to learn. 3)Trash bin is very easy to remove and dump in trash can. It also includes a strainer to separate larger debris. This is very useful when using the cleaning formula. 4) Vacuum works great on wet mode to mop hardwood floors and freshen up carpets/rugs. Note: this is not a deep cleaner like those commercial carpet steamers but more of a carpet/rug refresher. 5) Bright LED light. Cons: 1)Vacuum has a hefty weight to it, so if you have a large area or home to clean it can be a good workout. 2)Vacuum is loud, which I guess would be expected for a machine this size. 3) Washing the parts after every use can become a chore. Especially when having to clean the bin, filter, brush, formula dispenser. 4) While It's uncertain how long the brush is expected to last due to the soft material you can prepare to purchase additional brushes. 5) If you plan to use the wet mode to clean floors and freshen up rugs/carpet's be prepared to invest in more bottles of solution. Final thoughts: Personally I feel it's a wonderful all in one product! If only it had vacuum hose to clean hard to reach places it would perfect!

One large tank cleaned my living room, dining room, kitchen and small bathroom. It is a bit heavy compared to others I have used but was easy to maneuver. It was louder than I expected but did a great job cleaning my floors. The cleaning cycle was easy to use and the machine was easy to clean up once all done.

All opinions are my own after being able to test it against some of the stickiest kid messes that you can imagine. Set up was easy, the manual explains the steps perfectly and it was impossible to do incorrectly when following the guide. I tried first on my area rug for a tough stain from some pink juice. I loved the suction power and the rotating brush on the bottom seemed to clean extra well. I was able to remove the stain after a few passes. I feel that it would have worked even better if I had gotten to the spill as soon as it happened. I will say that it is a little hard to propel across the carpet/rug but I assume this is due to the brush and the suction. This is my only reason for a 4 star review instead of 5. The self cleaning option after finishing was wonderful! This was definitely my favorite feature. I felt as though I wasn't left with leftover grime in the brush. I was impressed enough with the area rug to then tackle my hard floors. Best ever! This is my new favorite way to clean the floors. With two young children, mystery stuck on messes happen. They were no match for this. Just a few passes and even the worst stuck on mystery mess was gone. The steam feature makes dry time super quick! This is a must for any home with small children or pets!

It combines my usual mop,broom and vacuum routine. making cleaning up my home on the daily a lot more efficient. I have hardwood floors and some tiling in the bathrooms usually having to go over them in a ritual of sweeping then mopping I was pleased to have the pleasure of completing my tasks in one go. I love the light which helped me to see in hard to see places. The multi surface brush roll was absolutely a wonder at collecting my goldendoodle's fur and getting up sticky meses left behind by my kids, it was light weight not bulky with a beautiful design But i took the most joy in not having to touch the dirty water to change it so thank you Bissell for such an amazing product
