It is reliable and most important cleans ceramic tile and laminate floors without streaking or leaving residue. It is important to run clean water through the machine after each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many wet/dry vacuums and I was so glad to find the CrossWave HydroSteam! It was so easy to assemble that I went from unpacking to cleaning in no time at all. I also loved how light-weight is so I can carry it upstairs and downstairs without much effort. I tried it out for fun as soon as I got it and thought my floors were already pretty clean. They apparently weren't based on how much grime and dog hair the CrossWave picked up! Ewww! I put in the sanitizing wash for good measure and gave the hardwood floors another once over! I don't think I'll ever feel they're clean enough until they're CrossWave clean now. There was hardly any gross water after the sanitizing wash, which gives me confidence in the ability to get it clean the first time. And I threw out my old wet-dry right away because it obviously wasn't doing the job. With three kids and 2 dogs I was able to put the rug cleaner to the test pretty quickly with a dog pee spot and was so glad I could just grab the vacuum, put in the liquid setting for a small job and clean up the mess. So easy and quick for this super busy mom. I also love how easy it is to disassemble and store. The drying rack is a great feature and tucks away nicely in my laundry room. All the parts washed out quick and I felt like I wasn't at risk for having dog hair clogging up the vacuum. I've also had a problem in the past with carpet cleaning machines putting out too much water and making the rug curl so I was nervous to try it on the area rugs, but this didn't happen. It was perfect. The steam setting was great for my bathrooms! I tried that out soon after and could visibly see the steam, but it didn't feel like it was saturating everything. I love that I can just run the vacuum back over the space without the solution release to dry the floors. With small kids having a mostly dried floor is essential. Nobody actually stays off them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super easy to put together. The tank is easy to fill. I love that the bottom has a spot to lay flat on the counter so there's no spill. It's a simple as plugging it in and it heats itself if you're on the steam setting the buttons easy to use to change between settings, the floor doesn't stay wet for too long as long as you go back over it's a few times without pressing the button, so it soaks it up. Otherwise, the steam setting doesn't make it too wet afterwards. It's really easy to clean and I like that but clean dirty tank are separate. Plus, it's self cleaning, but makes it such a breeze with the brush. I love that it includes a stand to put the vacuum in and another spot to put the roll into dry oats along with the filter. The cord is plenty long which is nice. It's a really nice, modern sleek design. I love the coloring on this vacuum. I found it really Good at getting up messes I have a toddler, dog, cat, so that's quite the big messes in our home. The first time using it, I was actually surprised at how dirty the tank was. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it for the first time and I wasn't that impressed but did do a nice job on the Ceramic floor and a semi job on the hardwood floor in the kitchen. The power of the vacuum was good, no steam. The machine did accumulate dirt in between the top of the filter and the cap. I really loved the old models but again they leaked, streams of water when preforming the mop part, and i had 3 machines before this one and i thought maybe improvements were done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to review from BzzAgent. Overall, I thought the CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac worked well. Having a golden retriever the worst part about doing my hardwood floors is having to swiffer or vacuum before mopping. This vacuum saved me a step and that's enough of a win for me! The machine seemed to clean the floors well (both hardwood and tile). The only downside was that you have to hold the button down the entire time and it's not very ergonomically friendly.

I have been wanting to purchase the Bissell Crosswave for quite a long time after seeing many rave reviews so I was so excited to be receiving this product. First, I love all the updates they have made in the CrossWave including the HydroSteam feature as well as the self-cleaning function (which was one of the only complaints I saw people making was concerning the cleanup) The unit was so simple to put together, just attaching the handle and very clear instructions for use and functions. I was thrilled from the first use, it left my floors and rugs smelling so fresh and you could feel the clean as well. As someone who regularly deep cleans my carpets I know what clean feels like and the CrossWave provided the same feeling of clean. My floors were spotless and no streaks or residue. The self-clean function was awesome and so easy with the included tray to set the unit in and place the roller in to dry. The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam lived up to all of my expectations and more and I have already told all of my friends and family they have to have this! As a pet owner (1 Corgi and 1 cat) and parent this is a MUST have for any busy family. It cuts downs on the cleaning time by doing the vacuum and mop all in one. Very happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell kindly gave me this vaccuum for free so that I could review it. I was excited to use this vacuum the second I opened the box. The first thing I noticed was that the handle moves in all directions. It is extremely lightweight and has a light on the front. It removed a stain that every other product couldn't. Our house is mostly tile with a few area rugs and being able to go from one to the other made It super easy to use and the clean up was a breeze. Even my teenagers were excited to use it.

I own both a dog and cat, which means that pet hair is everywhere. I'm a cleanly person who likes to try to stay on top of it, but there's so much that can be missed. A vacuum can only do so much until it all start to stick to places that cannot simply be sucked up. I owned a mop but the preparation of it was the bane of my existence. Getting all the water, guessing the amount of cleaner to use, and did I mention how long it took for my floors to dry?! Here comes the CrossWave HydroSteam. Built for my laminate floors and tiled kitchen. I know exactly how much formula to use for the cleaning, how much water to add, and the motorized rotating mop is everything I wanted. Cleaning suddenly became so easy and I even got to use this on my neighbors place to help them clean up as they moved out! The floors had never looked so good (even when they had first moved in). The smell really captures "we just cleaned in here, don't worry". I love love love it, and recommend to anyone looking to rapidly improve/speed up their mopping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this crosswave Bissell for a few months now. Ive also had other Bissell products in the past. I like how this one steams vacuums and brushes at the same time. Bissell is close in getting this product to perfection. I have OCD so i am constantly steam mopping but i dont have alot of time trying to mop. I have tile flooring and 5 lil dogs. I love the combination features! However the vacuum suction is OK i would rate it 4 out of 10. The sound of this steam mop sounds really powerful but it doesn't suck up the dirt as I expected. Second issue is, i like the brush feature, i would love it if the brush would actually touch the tiles as i am clean steaming! I give this feature 1 out of 10, a really low rating because the steam mop doesn't have a customized feature for leveling the brush down to actually scrubbing and touching my tile floor. I am having to manually scrape down to clean spots with a rag; which the steam mop brush is unable to actually touch/clean. I do love t RJ e self clean! Def a great feature. Bottom line i like this but needs a little more features in order for some of the features to to actually work to perfection. Biasell hope you read this!
