It is great for getting up troublesome messes and keeping your house at an all time high for being clean. My biggest area for using this is the kitchen and dining room, keeps it clean and gets it done quickly! Love how great my floors look afterwards. Thank you to the Stellar panel for letting me get to use this item. This is my go-to cleaning machine and it is so worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so lucky that I did! I have a 2400+ sf home with wall-to-wall tile flooring. Additionally, I have my own little zoo with 3 kids, 3 dogs and 7 cats. Needless to say, cleaning the floors is an everyday - sometimes multiple times a day - task! The CrossWave was very easy to assemble and learn to use. I predominantly used the SteamWash mode because of our tile floors. I quickly swept the floors prior to use but didn't spend any extra time spot-cleaning or scrubbing any of the particularly dirty areas. The CrossWave did a wonderful job cleaning not only the tile but also the grout lines. I did have to use a plastic scraper to get off a few inconveniently placed stickers, but everything else came out beautifully. I tested the CrossWave on muddy footprints/pawprints, spilled beverages, pet accidents and even dried blood from when my son fell and accidentally cut himself. You may need to go over a spot a couple of times for really difficult spots to come clean, but it is so much easier than the mop I was using before. I especially love the self-cleaning mode for when I'm done with the floors. I don't have to put much extra effort into cleaning the CrossWave in order to feel confident that it's clean and ready for the next cleaning emergency. The power cord is also super long so you don't have to keep changing outlets when you move from one area to the next. There were only a couple of downsides that I noticed with the CrossWave. First, the water reservoirs are on the smaller side, which makes it lightweight and easy to use but does require frequent refilling/dumping. Secondly, I also was unable to get the light to turn off when not in use unless I unplug the machine. Overall, I love this machine. If it can handle my crazy family so easily, it is a must-have for less messy households!

We have three people and three pets in the house, including one very active large dog, so there is constantly dirt/mud/debris from outside being tracked through the house. I thought we kept things pretty clean on the hardwood and tile floors between regular sweeping and mopping, but wow did this machine prove me wrong! I was amazed by the dirt the steam function pulled out after having just cleaned them with a broom and mop the day before. Plus, the amount of time saved being able to vacuum and steam at the same time was incredible! It does a better job of cleaning tile and hardwood floors in half the time it used to take me. I definitely recommend this all-in-one vacuum to anyone who has an outdoorsy/active household, and especially if you're trying to save time in your regular cleaning routine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to BzzAgent, I got to try the BISSELL Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum for free! At first, I was skeptical about the power of this little vacuum. The svelte footprint, single roller, and modestly sized water tanks pointed to small spill cleanup at best. With just one use, though, it was instantly clear that this little vacuum has what it takes to keep up with our busy household. We have two teenagers, three dogs, and my husband is an auto tech with a love for souping up his own cars. Beyond that, we have an outdated home with tired floors always in need of cleaning. My 13-year-old son and I tried out this vacuum together. Setting up the unit was super simple. We just had to click the handle in place and then fill the clean water tank up. Then, pour the pet cleaner until the level reached the second line and screw the cap on. The clean water tank clicks back into place quite easily and without dripping all over. There are three settings on the vacuum, depending on whether you want to clean rugs, hard floors, or use the steam feature. We started with the hard floor setting, and it worked great. Next, we tried the steam feature. The instructions say to wait 30 seconds for the steam to start. We turned the unit on, switched it to steam, and waited to no avail. You actually have to squeeze the trigger and start cleaning, and then the unit will release steam in 30 seconds. Within just a few minutes, we were surprised that the steam vac could actually get the embedded dirt out of the grooves. Nothing else does that! The self-clean cycle was easy to do as well, although final cleanup of the unit took more time than I liked. We had to take the roller out of the vacuum to dry, empty and rinse out the dirty water tank, remove and clean the filter, and dump out the clean water tank. Overall, I would say that the BISSELL Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum is a great addition to our household and will get used often, especially after the dogs track mud through the house.

This Bissell campaign was offered to me thru the BzzAgent Program. I struggle constantly trying to keep my floors and area rugs clean because we have a young Shih Tzu puppy that is in the process of being potty trained and still has accidents. The instructions were simple, and the vacuum required very little assembly. This machine cleans, steams, and vacuums at the same time. Perfect addition to my home which has sealed hard wood floors, ceramic tile, and several area rugs. I was amazed at just how dirty my area rug was. Not only did it do an excellent job at cleaning, but it removed odors, as well as dog hair. I no longer need several machines for cleaning. I absolutely love the self-cleaning cycle this machine has. After use, just place it in its tray with some formula and press the self-cleaning button to get your roller clean and ready for the next use. This amazing machine does it all! Excellent quality and works extremely well. I couldn't be happier!

It works amazing the steam is a blessing. The only issue I have ever had with crosswaves is the wheels wear quickly and need replacing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crosswave Hydrosteam is an incredible vacuum. It was able to handle the mess of two young boys and a large puppy who loves to dig. All three levels of my home is hardwood and tile. This vacuum was able to clean all the different types of flooring with no streaks. I have used other wet to dry vacuums which release too much solution but it is not a problem with the Crosswave. The floor takes no time to dry. The steamwash was my favorite mode to use. It was able to get rid of the toughest stuck-on mess and leave no streaks or dog/kid footprints. Overall I was impressed how much mess this vacuum could handle from daily dirt to spilled milked cups. I would highly recommend. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not one to give reviews, however, this product is worth a great one. This cleaner is an arm saver and does a great job! I was tired of the effort it took using my Shark steam mop so decided to try this new Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam. I have 2000+ square feet of hardwood and porcelain tile with area rugs in larger spaces. I also have a cat that leaves paw prints everywhere. I was truly amazed at how well the Crosswave cleaned without having to make multiples passes. It even cleaned the grout between the tiles. No streaks were left on the hardwood. It is very easy to use, takes little effort to move and the aftercare is simple. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have had multiple crosswaves, most recently the pet pro and completely wore it out between my home & my client's homes that I clean. I was very excited to see this new model that offered the steam feature as well as the tried and true wet/ dry vacuum and mop combo that I have grown to love. I am the proud mother of four young children, a husband who works construction & a bulldog. So to say my floors see it all, that is not an exaggeration. I love that this product keeps things fast & simple to clean up messes. Any busy mom will tell you, we are always looking for ways to simplify our lives and keep it quick! The steam feature is great for sanitizing, which will give me peace of mind when my youngest begins to crawl. I enjoy the self cleaning method, but to me, it's kind of pointless when you still have to take the machine apart to clean it after each use. I also wish this product got closer to baseboards and went under and around furniture a little better, but those are my only "cons". I definitely recommend the upgrade if you currently have a different model crosswave, and if you're new to the crosswave family, I highly recommend you give it a try! I will never be without a crosswave in my cleaning appliance line up!
