[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this machine to test as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel. This little machine did a great job. I have mostly hardwoods throughout my house with two young children and a dog, and my floors get dirty very quickly. I had to fill it 3 times to clean my entire house (approx 3000 sq ft not including area rugs). Each time, the water was a dark brown/gray color when I emptied it, which tells me the machine did it's job at lifting the dirt and mess. I even did a wipe test with a white paper towel on the floors after cleaning and they remained white (my robot vacuum/mop is not this efficient). As far as design, I have gotten very used to cordless cleaning so the cord took some getting used to, and only had to change outlets a few times to reach the areas I wanted to reach. The steam feature was a nice touch and helped to easily lift the stuck-on food around the kitchen table from the kids. The design was sleek and maneuvered around objects easily. The light is a nice touch to better visualize the mess on the floor. I especially liked that I did not have to vacuum separately before mopping with the CrossWave. It's an all-in-one floor cleaner and had really good suction. Overall very satisfied to add this to my armamentarium of floor cleaning tools!

The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, is fabulous. I have used other brands but they don't compare. With this I can use one machine in all my floors. I can shampoo carpets steam laminate. I am so impressed by this It saves so much time. My floors look and feel cleaner than ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First impressions; taking it out of the box, it felt pretty hefty. It looks beautiful and is very high quality. I love that it has 3 modes, my favorite is the HydroSteam - hands down. The self cleaning feature is amazing and it really cleans not only the tank, but it cleans the brush really well. I have two kids under 2 years old and a large breed dog. We also live in the country on 80 acres of farm land. Needless to say, our floors are always dirty. I never feel like they can get clean enough.... Enter the CrossWave HydroSteam. The steam mode is a game changer! I no longer have to pre-treat sticky messes from my toddler! I also love to know that my floor is totally sanitized so I can worry less if my toddler eats something off the floor or for when my infant starts to crawl. The only con is that it is not cordless. However, this item is built for quality and if it were cordless you would loose a lot of the amazing power/suction the CrossWave HydroSteam has. The cord is pretty long though and I found I didn't have to move plugs too often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet dry vac model is a huge improvement over the original (green) model. The steam mode work great on my old dried on messes. You just have to leave the vac over the mess and go over it slowly. I love the new lint trap. It keeps the hair from bogging down the vac. The bigger dirty tank is great I dont have to dump it as often. One thing to note if you are in steam mode you will go through your solution faster. Id show before and after pics but im ashamed of my dogs bad manners. Also if you buy either model invest in the vac cleaner so you keep your vacs smelling and working good. Im buying a second one for upstairs and my old ones going in the pool room.

Assembly: super easy. Filling h20/solution: super easy Using: 3 modes. Hardfloors, Area Rugs, Steam (can be used on both surfaces) It was so amazing to clean my whole first floor with 1 device. Normally I would sweep, vacuum the area rugs and if I had any steam left (haha) I'd steam mop the floors. Truth be told that just wasn't happening very often. We have a kid and a dog so there's just not time for all those steps. Bissell knows, the struggle is real. With my Crosswave Hydrosteam I can go right from cleaning my hardwoods, up onto an area rug to vacuum, steam up a stain, back on to the hardwoods to steam up some gunk... changing modes with the click of a bottom. It's awesome! Self-clean/Storage: Thank goodness they know I'm not going to actually clean that disgusting brush in my sink or washing machine. The self cleaning mode is so fun to watch. Love it and highly recommend it! Final thought: where was this miracle machine when I had a toddler?!

It works great, love the versatility. Doesn't beat hands and knees but would pick this over regular mopping. Even tackled winter weather salt. Easy clean up and the self cleaning mode works great. I've been shopping for a year for the perfect product and I'm so glad I waited for the steam option to be included with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In January, I slipped and fell in a patch of mud outside my home. Breaking my ankle in three places and dislocating it as well, left me in a wheelchair. I am without the use of my right leg, as during the healing it is non-weight bearing. That said, I had to get up and do something in the house as I was having some issues with sitting all day, doing nothing. I could hear the Bissell Crosswave calling my name. My poor Crosswave and I had not bonded for a couple of months and it being so lightweight and easy to maneuver, I thought, "Why not today?" I set it up, plugged it in, and headed into my living room, where most of my Siberian husky's hair drops. I grabbed the broom and scooped up most of the hair he leaves behind, simply because I don't want to overwork the Crosswave. There are piles of hair from my dog just existing. After sweeping a bit, put the Bissell Crosswave to the test. Much to my surprise, it was so light I could use it from my wheelchair! This excited me to no end. My poor floors needed a good vacuum and mopping to get them back in order. I was so happy to be able to accomplish this task even while in my current predicament. All I can say is, "Thank you, Bissell, for the amazing Crosswave Hydrosteam Plus!" What a God send this machine is. I can even clean it out easily, fill the tank with the solution to clean it all out and press the self cleaning mode button, all from the safety of my wheelchair. I not only will (and have) told many others about this machine, but I have advocated the product outside of my friend circle, and have done so in my blog. I have written a couple of posts about the ease of use and the pure joy of using this product. Please, Bissell, continue to produce this item and do your magic by upgrading it, although I'm not quite sure how you can make it better. Thank you, again. Without this, I could not clean my floors for several more months before I heal enough to walk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet/dry vacuum is perfect for cleaning wet spills, steam spot cleaning and cleaning rugs. It came with multiple cleaning solutions. I tested it out on my vinyl kitchen floor to spot clean dry stuck on stains near my trash can. It has a heated steam function and after a few minutes my floor was clean and sanitized. It also has a rug setting so I'm excited to try it out on that. It can clean wet spills and it can be used on different types of hard floors. It even has a light which I loved. I would recommend anyone to buy this to add to there cleaning appliances. I love bissell and this product lives up to their standards.
