[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to assemble, use and clean. It cleans the floors well, including vinyl, wood, linoleum, and stone tile. The steam setting is by far my favorite because it can lift deep set stains (it took off a spaghetti sauce stain from 2 years ago!!) it cleans with the quality of scrubbing the floors by hand! Pros: cleaning solutions smell great and come concentrated so you can just add a small amount to water. The tank lasts for about 2 large rooms for a large portion, if you're cleaning like you mean it versus "swiffer quality". It is very satisfying to see how clean your floors visibly become. The machine is very easy to take apart to refill, empty, and clean. A standard size room takes about 4 minutes to clean. We swept some of the rooms first and they were still so dirty. Some rooms we did not sweep first and it handled them well. Cons: the machine is probably 8 lbs which is obviously harder on the arms than some other machines, but to be completely clear, it's very manageable and the cord is very generous. I could do two rooms without unplugging it. There was one dirty spot it couldn't get off from the stone tile, that did come off with a hand scrub and soap. The stone tile has texture. It did take off hundreds of other spots- toothpaste, sauce, slime, dirt, water marks etc. Honestly if someone would have demo'd this in a store and it worked as well as it did, I would have thought it was an illusion it cleans so well.

It is great for getting up troublesome messes and keeping your house at an all time high for being clean. My biggest area for using this is the kitchen and dining room, keeps it clean and gets it done quickly! Love how great my floors look afterwards. Thank you to the Stellar panel for letting me get to use this item. This is my go-to cleaning machine and it is so worth it!

Please provide a stronger brush for some areas! I'm on my second one and just purchased another for my faux wood floors for our mountain home

It work's incredible I got something off my floor I thought was a stain. I held it on there for about 10 seconds and it came right up. I absolutely love this product and definitely recommend.

I love products that are cutting edge to cut down on household chores. I love the design of the product and ability to change out the rollers to suit different type of flooring. It's simple enough for storage. The cord is extra long which is also a benefit to the product. It's did a great job cleaning my floor. The downfall to the product is too many steps to get it set up and then cleaned up. It is essentially like a carpet machine but for other surfaced floors. For someone who cleans their floors on a regular basis, it's just way to many steps. In comparison to other floor cleaning tools, I likely would not use this machine often. I look for functional and easy to use products, this one misses the mark for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to unbox the CrossWave HydroSteam. It's a good looking machine and it has the benefit of vacuuming AND steam cleaning your floors at the same time. I am a busy working mom with a cat, and any tool that helps me to maximize my time is important. When the machine is on the LED lights are bright and it cleans nice and close to the base moulding. The CrossWave has a self cleaning cycle that is just a push of a button when you are done. After the self clean, you are supposed to separate the roller, roller cover and canister, and then rinse those components and let them dry for 24 hrs. This part is a little annoying but I understand it's a part of maintaining the machine. Overall, the CrossWave does a pretty good job at vacuuming and mopping on my tile and hardwood floors. I have not used it on any area rugs yet. I am concerned at the amount of steam/water that sits on the floors when in hardwood floor mode. I have to vacuum over the wet area quite a few times to get up all the residual solution. I have older hardwood floors whose seal is compromised in some areas, so any sitting solution or water could be damaging. In steam wash mode, it cleaned the surface of my tile very well, but it did not get into the grout lines. I did notice that in steam wash mode the steamed solution is dispensed onto the scrubber brush which then hits the floor, and I am somewhat suspect as to how well the steam/sanitizing really works on the surfaces. I still believe that I clean my floors more throughly with vacuuming and mopping separately. That said, the CrossWave makes the most of my time and it's multitasking ability is my favorite feature. I haven't had any major sticky spills yet, so I can't comment on the Crosswave's ability to handle spilled honey or stuck on sauces. Overall, I am happy with the CrossWave HydroSteam and would recommend it to others. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me the opportunity to test this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was exactly what I need to quickly and easily clean up dog and kid (2 y/o & 4 y/o) messes on my area rugs around the house, especially under the kitchen and dining tables. Previously, I was using a carpet cleaning spray bottle and towel to clean up food, potty accidents, mud and other messes off my area rugs and hardwood floors. This product has been a huge improvement! I love that it serves as a vacuum, wet vacuum or can steam clean. This has lights to illuminate hard to see corners and walls of the room. It's very lightweight, self cleaning and comes with a stand so it can sit upright while not in use. I really appreciate how this type of roller did not get wrapped in my long hair. Highly recommend! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system is great for houses with hard surface floors, carpets, and area rugs. It is very easy to use with clear and concise instructions. The fresh water/solution bottle has 2 lines for filling, small area and large area. I have a smaller sized living/dining open concept space. I chosen to make the small area solution and ran out before I was finished. However, I tried out the area rug cleaner, and would have had extra had I not done so. It transitions very easily between steam cleaning, hard surface cleaning, and power washing for rugs and carpets. I used the pet solution, and my floor and rug was very clean! This system also has a hair and debris catcher, which is great for pets and folks with long haired people in the house. It has a auto clean cycle that is required after each use, and it is very fast and thorough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had never used a wet and dry vacuum so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was pretty easy to put together straight out of the box, but I did have to read the directions a few times to understand how it was supposed to be used and what all of the different settings were for. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs so there is a lot of pet hair and dirt on our tile floors. The SteamWash mode was the only mode that actually got the slobber marks off the floor and I was pretty impressed with how clean my floors were once they dried. It was also so much quicker and easier on my back to be able to vacuum and "mop" at the same time. The first use had a bit of a learning curve as the waste water bin filled up quicker than I thought and the self clean feature afterwards was a bit tricky to figure out, but now that I have used it a few times it is a lot easier to use. Would highly recommend for those wanting clean floors, but don't want to spend hours of your day vacuuming and then mopping!

I own both a dog and cat, which means that pet hair is everywhere. I'm a cleanly person who likes to try to stay on top of it, but there's so much that can be missed. A vacuum can only do so much until it all start to stick to places that cannot simply be sucked up. I owned a mop but the preparation of it was the bane of my existence. Getting all the water, guessing the amount of cleaner to use, and did I mention how long it took for my floors to dry?! Here comes the CrossWave HydroSteam. Built for my laminate floors and tiled kitchen. I know exactly how much formula to use for the cleaning, how much water to add, and the motorized rotating mop is everything I wanted. Cleaning suddenly became so easy and I even got to use this on my neighbors place to help them clean up as they moved out! The floors had never looked so good (even when they had first moved in). The smell really captures "we just cleaned in here, don't worry". I love love love it, and recommend to anyone looking to rapidly improve/speed up their mopping!
