[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this unit was easy to set up. I was excited to try this because it sounded like a multipurpose machine that could be used on hard surface flooring as well as area rugs. I opted to try it on my area rugs first before I got the roller brush dirty. According to the manual, there are a variety of brush heads you can purchase and swap out. The multi-surface brush came installed. The best way to describe it is like a soft, microfiber covered roller that also has nylon bristles scattered inside to gently scrub more stuck on messes. This is a corded unit and a little bit heavy. But I do really like that it swivels and I can get it under the first 4-5" of my couch. First I tried to vacuum my area rugs, It didn't really like my long pile rugs, but did OK on my shorter pile rug. I tried to use the rug function with the cleaning solution on the short pile rug but it kept turning itself off. So, I have concluded that this is better served for use on hard surface floors and not as a rug refresh. It did a nice job of vacuuming up all the loose dirt and fuzzies from the kitchen, living room and bathroom floors. I then moved on to the wet/dry clean function. It did a good job of mopping and drying the dirt on my floors, but I had a few areas with harder stuff stuck to the floor and even with the steam function, the all purpose mophead didn't remove the goo. I had to use my fingernail to get it up. It did a good job of drying the area after wetting it. Removing the dirty tank is easy but don't forget to lift out the lint catcher before dumping the water. At the end of cleaning, empty the waste container, place it on the tray with some of the included cleaning solution and have it run a clean cycle. This is much faster and easier than lugging out the mop and bucket.

It's an amazing product. For someone else. I have a long haired border collie, and this does NOT pick up his hair. It rolls the fur into balls and spits it back out. Extremely disappointing. If you don't have a dog like mine, it would probably be a 5 star product, but I'm most likely going to just resell it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beyond happy upon receiving this awesome machine. My spouses idea of cleaning an all tile house is use the Bono mop & 2 heads for 2500 sq feet!!!! Now lady's WE KNOW nothing is being cleaned after the first 10-12 wipes. He jumped on this cleaner as soon as it arrived & actually cleaned the entire house & moved the throw rugs in both bathrooms...... my prayers have been answered & he gets that job from now on. We have 3 dogs thst drool , drop treats , & occasionally ( English bulldog ) 4gets the location /reason for the doggy door. I've already ordered more cleaning solution as the bottles in the bundle pack are small & they are being delivered TODAY.... Ordered yesterday /day before (?). You do have to discard the dirty water often as the holding tank is small but worth it Pleased fur sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to put together. Does not save time. The footprint is too small when you have a lot of floor to clean. I have wood like plank tile. Does not get into the grooves well. Have to pass over multiple times to get dried on food up. Also , think it will be expensive to operate. I filled tank 4 times , which was two of the sample bottles sent. Wish there was a bigger machine with more of a bristle brush for tiled floor. In the end my floor was clean, but I had a backache!

The Bissell HydroSteam wet dry vacuum worked really well for our floor cleaning needs! We have mostly hardwood and tile floors with a few area rugs. We don't currently have any indoor pets but have 4 small children. I was able to sweep clean the floors and then vacuum and mop at the same time which was a huge time saver! I loved not having to dip and wrong out a mop. The floors got clean fast and dried very quickly! The clean water reservoir is larger than the dirty water reservoir in the HydroSteam so I do have to empty the dirty water 2-3 times while cleaning the floors in our home-but that is doing multiple rooms at once! I was amazed (maybe even disgusted?) by how dirty our floors were! The cleaning solution has a nice light scent without being heavily chemical smelling. The machine self cleaning mode is quick and easy and gets the machine clean and ready for its next use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super easy to put together. The tank is easy to fill. I love that the bottom has a spot to lay flat on the counter so there's no spill. It's a simple as plugging it in and it heats itself if you're on the steam setting the buttons easy to use to change between settings, the floor doesn't stay wet for too long as long as you go back over it's a few times without pressing the button, so it soaks it up. Otherwise, the steam setting doesn't make it too wet afterwards. It's really easy to clean and I like that but clean dirty tank are separate. Plus, it's self cleaning, but makes it such a breeze with the brush. I love that it includes a stand to put the vacuum in and another spot to put the roll into dry oats along with the filter. The cord is plenty long which is nice. It's a really nice, modern sleek design. I love the coloring on this vacuum. I found it really Good at getting up messes I have a toddler, dog, cat, so that's quite the big messes in our home. The first time using it, I was actually surprised at how dirty the tank was. Food is always getting on the floor and tracked around which necessitates a vacuum and a mop and this is both. I'm able to clean once instead of twice and it's a huge time saver. Just one star off because if this was cordless it would be an actual dream machine.

I bought this on September 2024 and had to get it replaced 4 times. The steam failed, the water squirting failed, the roller also failed because it stop spinning and it leaves water streaks This is very disappointing and frustrating to have bought this product and not work like it supposed to.

They have taken every extra step to make the perfect combo cleaning machine for hard surfaces and kid/pet messes. It is so easy to use and I love that it doesn't leave messy streaky water lines on my floor. Cleaning up the machine is no longer a struggle. Previous steam mops I have tried always had these weird crevices that would build up dirt, but not this one. The extra accessories you get are a huge bonus too. If you have animals or young children, this multi surface vac is a must have!

I've been on a search for a product that cleans well and is quick enough for daily use, and this is it! We've tried robot vacuums, broom and mop, vacuum and mop, but still the bottoms of our socks were dirty afterwards. This thing is AMAZING. We have to fill and empty it twice to do our upstairs (living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen, and bathroom) but it breezes through even spilled and dried milk under the table like it's nothing. I drove and hour awat and bought it in frustration after mopping 3 times and still not being able to get the floor clean. One time with the crosswave steam and it was spotless. Highly recommend. Also, the EPA safer choice solution is a huge bonus!
