One thing I specifically love, is that it pivots to make small adjustments around objects. Most cleaners we've had are stiff and don't allow that. I love that this is multi surface. I left the tag on for now to get used to what icon means what flooring surface. I would have preferred just putting the name on it. I love that it is self-cleaning and stows away in a small surface area compared to most cleaners. And lastly, I love the steamer function. Just set it on top of some spots and let the steam go to work. Overall, great product for the price

My goodness. I was blown away by this little guy. It should be on everyone's next christmas, birthday, mothers day, Thanksgiving, president's day etc wish list. Just took a stressed cat, theres so much cat pee pee everywhere home and got the smell out of the porous tiles (thankfully). Cannot reccomend this enough. Only complaint is the small volume the dirty water holds despite the size of the bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crosswave HydroSteam is amazing! I used it first for just basic cleaning to get use to it. I easily put it together, put in the solution, plugged it in and was on my way. It took me some time to get use to the trigger and when to use it, but once I did it made cleaning my floors a breeze. The next day my husband wanted to try it on the grout. We used the steam button and held it there and amazingly old grout stains came out clean. We used it three days in a row and our kitchen and living room floors look fantastic. Love how easy it is to use and light enough to bring up and down the stairs. We made sure to clean aft4er each use to Will be something I will use for years to come.

The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac was easy to put together and came with a variety of cleaners. Our Great Dane drools water and food around his food tray, making our tile floor very dirty, leaving a film, which becomes very difficult to clean. The wet vac made cleaning the tile floor, especially the dog's area, easier to clean and like new! We have multi-surface and carpet flooring, so the cleaners included will last us a good while. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this product. Most of my house has tile floors. Keeping them clean is a huge pain and takes a lot of work. Normally I am on my knees scrubbing the floor and grout by hand. I am way too old to be doing this anymore. Along comes the Crosswave Hydrosteam cleaner and BAM! My life is instantly easier. I love how it heats up the water to help scrub off sticky stuff that might have spilled on the floor. I have 4!kids, so sometimes that is a daily occurrence. It's quick to set up. Quick to use! No longer do I need to sweep all of the tile before I scrub. This machine does it for me! There are only 2 cons that I can currently think of. I wish it held more water, and I wish it could scrub my grout lines a little bit harder. Other than that, this thing is a time (and my knees and back) saver.

I have had multiple crosswaves, most recently the pet pro and completely wore it out between my home & my client's homes that I clean. I was very excited to see this new model that offered the steam feature as well as the tried and true wet/ dry vacuum and mop combo that I have grown to love. I am the proud mother of four young children, a husband who works construction & a bulldog. So to say my floors see it all, that is not an exaggeration. I love that this product keeps things fast & simple to clean up messes. Any busy mom will tell you, we are always looking for ways to simplify our lives and keep it quick! The steam feature is great for sanitizing, which will give me peace of mind when my youngest begins to crawl. I enjoy the self cleaning method, but to me, it's kind of pointless when you still have to take the machine apart to clean it after each use. I also wish this product got closer to baseboards and went under and around furniture a little better, but those are my only "cons". I definitely recommend the upgrade if you currently have a different model crosswave, and if you're new to the crosswave family, I highly recommend you give it a try! I will never be without a crosswave in my cleaning appliance line up!

I was tired of the effort it took using my Shark steam mop so decided to try this new Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam. I have 2000+ square feet of hardwood and porcelain tile with area rugs in larger spaces. I also have a cat that leaves paw prints everywhere. I was truly amazed at how well the Crosswave cleaned without having to make multiples passes. It even cleaned the grout between the tiles. No streaks were left on the hardwood. It is very easy to use, takes little effort to move and the aftercare is simple. I'm very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The Bissell HydroSteam wet dry vacuum worked really well for our floor cleaning needs! We have mostly hardwood and tile floors with a few area rugs. We don't currently have any indoor pets but have 4 small children. I was able to sweep clean the floors and then vacuum and mop at the same time which was a huge time saver! I loved not having to dip and wrong out a mop. The floors got clean fast and dried very quickly! The clean water reservoir is larger than the dirty water reservoir in the HydroSteam so I do have to empty the dirty water 2-3 times while cleaning the floors in our home-but that is doing multiple rooms at once! I was amazed (maybe even disgusted?) by how dirty our floors were! The cleaning solution has a nice light scent without being heavily chemical smelling. The machine self cleaning mode is quick and easy and gets the machine clean and ready for its next use.

However, the brush doesn't even touch the floor when spinning, so it's really just spitting the water on the floor and then sucking it back up. It's not getting my floor clean at all. My brush is practically new looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive a free Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac through BzzAgent. I eagerly awaited its arrival because I had heard great things about Bissell products. When I finally tried this vacuum, it did not disappoint. My house is all hardwood floors with area rugs adorning some rooms. This product was an effective multi-surface cleaner that could be used in every setting. The steam-powered vacuum cleaned grime and spots that would be not necessarily be addressed in a regular cleaning. The vacuum itself was easy to use and I loved how you could change settings (steam, hardwood, and rug) so quickly. One of the most unique parts of the vacuum was it ability to clean and then suction up the water. It is so inventive how it is able to clean in a variety of ways, leaving little mess behind. I realized after using this vacuum how much I missed cleaning with my old methods. The floors looked amazing and it was definitely the type of cleaning needed in a house that gets a lot of tracking of dirt. With two kids and two cats, this vacuum makes it possible to give the floors a deep clean in a short time. With one child that has asthma, this vacuum will help get rid of cat dander and other allergens that can cause irritability. I am so thankful that I got to try this Bissell vacuum free product. Although the first cleaning took a little extra time to understand the mechanics of the product and proper cleaning/storing after usage, the directions made this learning process easy. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to others and I look forward to trying other Bissell products after this positive experience. The innovation behind this vacuum allows for a professional clean every time. This will definitely make cleaning floors in my house easier and more effective.
