I live on property in a large wooden floor home with my kids and 3 dogs , needless to say our house gets messy. I'm not one for wanting to pull up a mop / bucket and go through an entire cleaning process because honestly it's alot of work and spills happen alot . My first time ever using a crosswave . So not only is it a floor mop with steam but a vacuum as well while using it , so as a dad I'm like yes , less work thats a total win . Just have to fill the water container and click in the handle and your pretty much set to go . I did peruse the Manuel on the steam setting since we do have alot of tile as well. Let me tell you it works awesome ! I mean right away it works amazing . Had a row of dog prints leading to the back door and it cleaned it right up . The roller head is really thick and spongy and has rubbery things in it assuming to help get tougher stuck on things. Brought this into our master bathroom that has tile with stuck on sticky spots of hair gel on the ground , used steam and it cleaned it effortlessly. Steam really does help get stuck on stuff and the dirt out . The basin does last a while as well. I didn't feel myself having to empty and refill constantly. It picks up a decent amount of the water as well , so the floors dry pretty fast and its oddly enjoyable to see how much dirt i clean up. I keep it in its stand next to dining table so its something I can pull out after dinner that works fast .The pieces come off easy so i can pop out the pieces and rinse out the dirty water basin and brush head. Can see all the stuff it picks up to as well , pretty good. I definitely recommend this for anyhold as it cleans really thorough and fast. It really doesn't get much easier than this for cleanup , wish I had this years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting the Crosswave Hydrosteam I used to vacuum my floors and then get out the mop and finish by moping. The Crosswave Hydrosteam allows me to vacuum messes around my house and instantly start moping without having to stop. My floors aren't too dirty since I clean them twice a week but the grout can sometimes get dirty in between deep cleaning. The steam setting loosens the dirt right up and they look noticeably cleaner by the time I am done. I think by far the steam option on the vacuum is my favorite part. I made it a point to clean my bathroom floors with the steam after moping them with a regular mop and I was shocked at how much dirt it picked up. I was gifted this Cosswave Hydrosteam by the stellar product testing panel and I could not be happier with it. My problem with having machines like these in the past has been cleaning the actual machine... not this time. This Crosswave Hydrosteam comes with a self clean setting that makes it incredibly easy to clean and store the pieces on the storage base to dry. The included cleaning solution smells amazing too and I already ordered the full size bottles.

Especially great for pets and all the cleanup they require. I have mostly tile and hardwood floors and some area rugs in my home and this vacuum fit all my needs! Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond impressed with the CrossWave HydroSteam vacuum. An all-in-one vacuum that you can use on hardwood floors, area rugs, and carpet is truly impressive and immediately shocked how much cleaner our floors are. Within a few days of receiving this vacuum, my baby spit up on our carpet. The HydroSteam vacuumed the spitup up using the carpet cleaner solution and saved us trying to wipe it up, spraying with a carpet cleaner, and trying to dab up the mess had we not had the vacuum. We also had some years-old stains on our carpet that the vacuum took care of. My toddler also had a stomach bug and threw up on our hardwood floors. To try and keep the virus from spreading, we used the sanitizing solution after cleaning up the vomit (used paper towels and not the vacuum for this) and felt a lot better about the floors being sanitized. One of the best features is the drying tray because you can store the filter and the brush to easily dry. If you have pets and/or kids, this vacuum is a MUST HAVE in your home!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how shocked I was to receive a product that cleans AND isn't an eyesore. I found it to be easy to setup and fairly intuitive to use. It was comfortable for myself (5'7 woman) and my husband (6'0 man) to use. I was pleased with the quality of the products used to make this appliance and I would consider my standards for purchases to be fairly high. I have two young children and a golden retriever so a clean floor is a constant battle and a necessity for me! Can I get a whoop whoop for an anti-tangle brush roll and a self-cleaning cycle?!?!? If I had to choose between this product and another product that performed similarly, I would choose this one based upon aesthetics. I absolutely love the rose-gold/copper color that they used to accentuate their machine. It definitely gave me a higher end feel and not racing to shove it out of eyesight as soon as I could! The only con that I have found is that I wish that there was a more organized way to store all of the gear. I like my house to be organized and I felt like I would need to find a solution to store everything. Overall, I would recommend this item without hesitation. Wow, what a great tool! My floors haven't been this clean in forever! It's super easy to use and saves so much time! It sucked all the hair that my husky left in the carpet. However, my dogs chewed my lipstick on my carpet a while ago and it didn't remove it all, which I don't think is even possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with how this wet dry vac works. It saves so much time not having to vacuum and then mop and then wait for the floor to dry. I love how it does everything in one, is super easy to use, and comes with something to place it on after use. It didn't get up super sticky messes or stickers (toddler mom) but it did a good job making it much easier to clean up by hand. Floors looked great and were dry right away!

I have a weekly cleaning service who comes and mops and sweeps but this machine really showed me that my floors are still pretty dirty! It's easy to use and pretty versatile for different types of floors. I love how you can clean so much with it! It easily got kids messes like sticky juice spills and caked on play doh off the floor. I wish it were a little quieter but overall I think this is a great product and highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really good cleaning hardwood floors and area rugs. The suction is amazing, after cleaning area rugs they are dry to the point of being able to walk in socks on them and your feet don't get wet. I would recommend taking out the roller before you vacuum up the wetness because the roller has a tendency to keep the the rug wet. As for the hardwood floors, they dry in a matter of minutes. I didn't feel that it works really good on linoleum. I felt that it left streaks. The instruction booklet that came with It didn't really give a lot of detail or directions for use, which I would've liked a little more. I wouldn't say that it would be good for spot cleaning only because it is kind of bigger and a little heavy to pull out every time you need to clean a spot but for your weekly or biweekly deep floor cleaning it's amazing. If there was a handheld option or a hose, that would make spot cleaning a lot easier on furniture as well as floors for pet owners.
