[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product! I have pets and over 1200 square feet of tiled floors. There is a small learning curve, but it is worth the adjustment to how you vacuum and wash your floors. I have already recommended this product to all my friends.

Wit old world wood floors there's always the trepidation in using anything let alone a steam cleaner. This is a surprisingly good vacuum which for the job and dies it well. The separate clean and dirty water tanks are great and work well. I've used this machine a couple of times and am amazed how clean my floors look. I recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a steam cleaner. The spares like filters, rollers and cleaning supplies I got as a package is a nice touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Crosswave steamer to clean tile and engineered wood. I vacuum an area, then depress the steam button to go over it again with the "steam mop" feature. The max fill clean water tank cleaned 750sq ft as it advertises...but I did have to stop and empty the dirty water tank halfway through, and add more clean water and solution. So there is no, clean 325sqft or 750sq ft.... It does 300sqft at a time. There are no written or picture instructions in the box... but I found plenty of videos online for review. You still should drymop at least to pick up spills on the floor. This mop is not height adjustable. And it will not act like a wetvac and pick up, say, spilled food. You do need to move slowly to clean floors. However, still faster and easier than sweeping, vacuuming and THEN mopping!

Bissell fulfilled my expectations of just how fabulous and time saving the combo is!! This is my second cross-wave. The first one is still going strong after three years, but I have an Airbnb and decided to leave one in the cottage. I kept the new and improved one for me! Steam has been added. I have tile, but lots of rugs. I do every surface with my cross-wave. I follow directions, clean frequently, and it's a beautifully working tool!! I just can't do without it!! Thank you Bissell.

We had a simple steam mop but it couldn't keep the floors clean and the toddler constantly had filthy hands/knees/socks despite repeated moppings. We used the Crosswave HydroSteam for the first time with the floor sanitizer and it deep cleaned the floors and now we can send the toddler home at the end of the day without having to bathe him first! I was astonished at how much muck it picked up from my floors and I can't be happier to have such a lightweight and effective floor cleaner!

I am very disappointed in the amount of steam that comes out as it is very LITTLE! I also bought the bundle because of the extra bottles of cleaner shown in the ad so I paid more!, however, those extra bottles were MINI bottles! Your ad is very misleading!
