Nice features, cooks well, but very poor quality. The finish on the grilling plate was flaking off after just a few uses. Wrote a complaint on the manufacturers website and sent in a picture. So far, no response.

It does not cook like an air fryer food took twice as long as my small basket air fryer. Very disappointed and will be returning this item and buy a bigger basket air fryer

Love this appliance. It has replaced all my other small appliances. purpose awesome in endless things you can do with it. Larger than other air fryers, and can cook many things at one time

after 6 months the bottom element stopped working. Can't heat anything up with only half the heat output. Worked well in the beginning but now worthless. Too bad had high hopes, but now I know why it only has a 90 warranty.

Do not buy this to air fry. It will smoke up your entire kitchen. I did not try other settings because the air fry feature was so bad, I had to take it back to Sams.

This unit is very loud and the outside of the oven and the handle get extremely hot. It actually burned one of my potholders. I would take it back if I could but I did not save the box.

Cooks fine and has many features and settings. I gave it a 3 star review because of the price. $140.00 it should have came with the rotisserie accessories…

I bought this for my son for Christmas. It’s now July 1st. He told me this past week that it doesn’t work any longer. I’m very disappointed in having selected this for a gift. Avoid this brand. 6 months is not acceptable.

Not happy at all with this product. Smokes up the house when grilling. Timer is has number for every 20 minutes, the degree has numbers for every 25 degrees.gets very hot underneath, you may want to get something to go under the fryer.

I bought a power xl grill last November (2020) , it worked perfectly for 8 months, and suddenly it stopped heating above 260 degrees F. The elements use to become red when grilling or baking but now they don’t.
