We bought this product and within 6 months it stopped working. The air blows cold and the heating elements no longer work. I will be trying to get a refund.

Not happy at all with this product. Smokes up the house when grilling. Timer is has number for every 20 minutes, the degree has numbers for every 25 degrees.gets very hot underneath, you may want to get something to go under the fryer.

Has this air fryer for just over a year. Great at 1st. Did regular maintenance on cleaning things. Went to cook garlic bread last night and barley warmed it. Tried to pre heat today for dinner and no luck. Sad this machine barley lasted for a year

Within six months the thermostat appears to not be working. The elements heat up but it continues to cycle off and on therefore never reaching the set temperature. It's no longer of use. I see similar complaints.

I loved it at first, used it almost every day, but right at a year of having it, the heating element stopped working and now only blows cold air. I’m so disappointed.

Got this in Dec. 2021 and it hardly heats up. Doesn’t even get hot enough to make toast. I loved it at first but now it’s useless. I used 1 or 2 x a week so no over use. Waste of money to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Cooks fine and has many features and settings. I gave it a 3 star review because of the price. $140.00 it should have came with the rotisserie accessories…

I love this appliance! I have used it for just about everything. I've baked, air fried, baked cookies, croissants, toasted cheese sandwiches and more.

Haven’t had this more than about a year. Like so many others, it was fabulous at first but elements and heating capabilities quickly diminished. Doesn’t even toast a piece of bread anymore.

Nice features, cooks well, but very poor quality. The finish on the grilling plate was flaking off after just a few uses. Wrote a complaint on the manufacturers website and sent in a picture. So far, no response.
