This was purchased to replace a Power XL air fryer which was difficult to lock in place so it would switch on. It takes much longer to air fry. I’m going to need to purchase another air fryer. The knob is difficult to turn, and it’s inconvenient to wait twice as long for food to cook.

Worked great for a couple of months, then just like someone pulled the right electronic part and it simply failed to work. It was on our counter top and we took good care of it. But, unfortunately we were busy with other things and did not return it. Do not recommend buying.

Worked great for the first few times, however after 2 months the fan is starting to make weird noises and it gets louder every time I use it. Will be looking to return it. Disappointed that it didn't work as intended.

Much easier to use and clean

I really liked this little oven. It served me well. I like the air fryer, toaster, broiler, bake modes. I’ve had it for about 1 1/2 years. I expected more service but I gave out this morning. I was cooking bacon and noticed after 40 minutes that nothing was happening. It was putting out cold air.

I've had this about 2 weeks and have used it everyday to prepare meals and snacks. We actually replaced an Emeril Lagasse airfryer that was only used for 2 weeks. Things I Like: The grill heats fast and cooks excellent meats leaving grill marks is also cool. Relatively easy to clean. Cooks quickly and it's easy to use. Things I don't like: The timer is funky you have to turn it pas twenty in order to set the time and the time is 20 minutes apart so to set it for 25 minutes is a guess. Things to do before using: Wrap the crumb tray and baking pan in aluminum foil, after 2 weeks mine looks stained.

Cooks food perfectly for a while. Then it doesn't heat up anymore. Seems like a common problem. Don't waste your money on this one.

I bought this air frier, used it all the time and love it. Less than a year after getting it I noticed it was taking longer to cook thing and then day it didn’t seem to have enough power to make toast. I found one review online that said they had the same thing…it doesn’t continue to upreform the same for more than 7-8 months. I’m disappointed and will not be buying any other products from power XL. Customer service was no help either.

Liked this until the heating elements stopped working. We bought 9 months ago. Don't think Sams will take it back so our options are to pack it up and ship back to the company and hope they repair or replace, or just throw it out.

Does it work? Yeah, kind of. I had a smaller Air Fryer with a basket but wanted one of the bigger ones to be able to prepare meals for the whole family so we got this one when it was on sale. Cooking times for recipes are WAY off. Sometimes double or triple the time and that’s with the heat turned up to 450°F. It gets the job done, just not well. The toaster function has never worked at all. I won’t purchase from this brand again. When it inevitably quits working I will probably go with.a Ninja.
