I love the PowerXL Air Fryer! It does everything I hoped for; air frying, toasting, baking, reheating, and it does an excellent job of grilling! I am very impressed with the overall quality of the appliance and would recommend it to anyone looking for a multi purpose air fryer.

“Great steak! What bbq grill do you have because that cooked perfectly and even?” Shhhhh…it’s our little secret! Convenient way to grill inside when the weather is yucky outside. And the kid loves to pop in frozen pizzas! Easy to use, easy to clean, and cooks amazing!

I like the product for its convenience, size, style, cost. However, the knobs are difficult to turn due to arthritis. Im still getting used to it but do enjoy having one appliance for all that it does.

Has two air fryer baskets and grill plate. It could be a very useful appliance, but it filled the house with smoke two different sessions, and leaked oily liquid on the counters. I hope it is just a defective unit, as the brand has had a good reputation

After a few months of normal use, one of the elements stopped working. I exchanged it at Sam's (and had to pay the difference from the sale price that I originally paid and the full price. I AM NOT HAPPY). I paid the difference and took home a "new" unit. After removing all of the packaging, I turned it on to make sure that the elements were working. The elements worked but the timer did not, Back to Sam's again with the "new" unit. I am very disappointed with this item.

Purchased the first one in October 2020 after about a month it started having problems...the temperature wouldn’t regulate correctly..you couldn’t even make brown toast if turned up to 450 degrees and trying to air fryer became a nightmare!I had purchased an extended warranty but since the oven wasn’t even six months old when I called it didn’t apply.Sam’s customer service was somewhat helpful...I sent back the defective oven to them at no cost to me and will get a refund when they determine it is defective.Sam’s sent me a new oven which works for the moment but is very loud while in operation...hopefully I will get a refund on the first one as I have been charged for two.

I bought this to use during the summer months so I dont have to heat up my kitchen with the regular oven. This appliance gets very hot and still heats up the kitchen. Plus it smokes when cooking and is a mess to clean up. Too much trouble in my opinion.

When we cook in this air fryer, there is so much SMOKE!!!! We had to open door and windows AND take battery out of smoke detector! I am afraid it will burn my house down. We tried it a second time and it did the same thing! I need to send back, but didn't save my paperwork!

So far, not impressed. Was hoping this would be a handy, time-saving, energy-saving device. Tried to make chimichangas - they never got brown. Also tried air frying chicken chunks for a Chinese recipe - they never browned either, even with twice the recommended cooking time. Going to try baking muffins and maybe grilling some pork chops, but not holding out too much hope.

After reading the review of the air fryer I believed it would be a great item to have. It was not. The temperature would not stay regulated, and when cooking meat products it would fill the house with smoke. After using it twice it dripped grease on the counter, even with the drip tray in place.
