So glad to be more prepared for MO ice storms. Really like the set up of this model. All the components are easily accessed and the panel is well marked and easy to read. The owners manual is detailed and easy to understand. A lot of power in a small but solid package.

This generator is easy to start, smooth to idle, and quiet. It is my first generator, and we purchased it because of the recent high winds in California, which left some people without power. Having this generator saved us from throwing out food in two refrigerators and with the price of food it is worth having this generator.

I bought this unit to run a deep freezer while driving 3 days from CO back home as well as a backup for if/when the power goes out at our home. The unit ran and started flawlessly. I was also impressed with how little gas it used during my drive back, where it was running 24 hours a day. It's not exactly quiet, but I wanted more power rather than being super quiet, so I knew what I was getting into.

No dislikes, Did not run correctly first time I started it. There was a spring on the carb governor that was not connected. I attached it and all is good. runs good and provides plenty of power where I need it. Nice generator at a nice price. Coupled with a transfer switch I can run all but the electric tankless water heater in my house.

Ordered this generator to prepare for power loss this winter. Arrived as promised. Followed steps and easy to assemble by myself. A little heavy but able to turn over for assembly. Followed all instructions and started right up and ran well. Thankfully I haven't had to use it, but I'm sure it will do the job of keeping lights on and small appliances running.

I booth this 3 days ago, let me tell I have never been so happier of buying something in my life. This Generator has been able to run my refrigerator and window unit like nothing! I have use it for 1 day and night and has satisfied our family needs!! Thank you Westinghouse for making awesome generator that’s very affordable 🫡

Took 10 days to have delivered. We had bad storm that left us without SWEPO for 4 days. We borrowed a generator for lights & refrigerator. No A/C. It was hot, close to 100 deg. Unboxed generator. Assembled, hooked up to propane. Started up perfectly. This one will run a small window A/C plus other necessities.

We researched portable generators online, and decided on Westinghouse based on the products rating and company reputation. We have not yet used the generator, and hopefully will not have a storm related power outage that necessitates it. But we are confident that this generator will take care of our needs should the occasion arise. When the product arrived, it was well packed, undamaged and very easy to assemble.

we have medical conditions that require 24/7 power. The Westinghouse generator meets our needs. If the power goes out, all I have to do is wheel the generator new the outlet, plug it in, and press a button to start the generator. It couldn't be easier. Excellent purchase!

Generator is heavy (expected), so I highly recommend cutting the box at the corners. This will also make set up easier. Setup was very straight forward. Got it started and checked voltages with a multimeter to confirm proper operation. Compared to other generators that I have used, this one is on par with some of the more expensive ones regarding consistent power output. The power output for this one is more than we needed and even runs my domestic water heater (Rated @ 4500w) which is the largest load that I have to run (even if it is just by itself). Recommend it for house power during outages (intended use for me). Pros: Easy set up, easy maintenance, easy to use. Options for electronic start or manual start. Enough power to run almost anything, although not at the same time. Clear User Manual. Also, when you register it, Westinghouse sends you a cover for the generator. Cons: Noise level would be my only complaint. This is also expected of a running engine at 3600 rpm. Not recommend for camping due to the noise levels. Also, do not recommend running at night if living in a neighborhood. You will make your neighbors mad, unless you share the power (which this allows fairly easy with a regular extension cord).
