it done it job but i had trouble with the pull strings it was to long and keep folding behind the pulley but other then that it work great keep the power on in the house

Haven't fired it up yet! All looks well built . It is a bit heavy, but thankful it has wheels %26 pull handle to move it around.

No issues from purchase. I haven't had it very long, but setup was easy and started up with no issues. Voltage checked out at 118v on the 20 amp circuit.

I bought Gen for backup power after hurricanes and as back power for elevator if we have a power outage. It is everything I wanted it to be. Remote start easy for my wife to use.

I bought this last week to prepare for power outages this winter and I feel so much better knowing I have it to depend on especially with this super El Nino coming our way.

Just purchased this generator for future power outages that occasionally occur in our area. Very impressed with the indepth manual and parts schematics that came with it. May be a while before it's needed to help power houshold items so can't say how well it works, but confident the generator will meet our needs

This item was purchased for emergency use so when you push for a star rating I can't give you one at the moment so it's at the halfway mark from what I read about the machine it looks good to suit my needs but since I have not used it and I don't intend to unless there is an emergency I am hoping that this product is perfect for what I needed for because I will not get a second chance at getting it right
