What i needed written on cake was wrong and in wrong color. Then cake wasnt centered and it was uneven all over. We are from out of town , and our local Sams is great so that's why we ordered from Sams in Denton. We will not be ordering from there again.

Now normally I don’t have any problems. This cake was purchased for my sons graduation celebration. It was dryyyyyy! If I didn’t know any better I would think the cake was old. I was very disappointed but I normally don’t have these problems with Sam’s cakes. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Very nicely decorated cake for graduation. Looked better than the picture showed! I used the Sam’s app to customize it myself. It was ready before the pickup time and the icing wasn’t too sweet! They spelled everything correctly too. I saved money by choosing Sam’s bakery rather than going to a local bakery. & I’m happy I did.

Oder was completely wrong. Wrong colors wrong design. Totally upsetting. Couldn’t place a In person order had to be online. Then they tried to blam me for ordering it wrong. Even when I went to pick up scheduled order, they pulled a cake from the sales floor and put name on it. They completely dropped the ball. And tried to blame me. Never again ordering a custom cake from them.

Writing looked horrible. You could barely read the message, and the writing was shaky and crooked. I purchased through the app, and the app had an icing color that the store did not have. The bakery just changed the color to red without asking - maroon and black were the graduation colors - not red and black.

New online service was difficult to navigate and misleading regarding payment. It appeared that you paid while ordering, but payment actually came out several days after picking up the cake. Cake also was not what was ordered. I ordered a marble cake and received a fully chocolate cake. I have been ordering cakes for years and this was the first snafu. Cake still tasted great, but the recipients were not happy as this was for their graduation party and both requested marble.

This order was for my sons graduation party. It was very last minute as the original cake I had was messed up by a different store. Sam’s was able to get this order in snd done right! It was delicious. I will be returning for other events. There was so much cake for less money!

the cake was not made the way it was ordered, after stopping in the store and physically talking to someone who put two notes on the order, cause you can't put notes online even though they tell you you can, and both notes were ignored, they made it the way we asked them not to. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED SENIOR FOR HER GRAD PARTY.

My family loves Sam's Club cakes. Since they have gone to the new ordering process where everything is done on line, the customization of the cakes is VERY limited. I have done 3 cakes, they wraps have not been on correctly, the cakes have been very plain as far as decoration (to the point that I have needed to add sprinkles or embellishments to make them look good) and the service in the bakery had been terrible. I have had to ask for the additional decorations that are supposed to come with the cake, the pick tones times just don't make sense (a cake needed for Saturday could be picked up any time on Friday, but not before 3pm on Saturday; WHAT?? THAT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE). Like I said, we love the taste of the cakes, but the ordering process and service has changed and it is awful.

I ordered this cake online don't let the photo fool you when you put in the message you want added!!! It's NOT what you get!!! It makes it look like your message will be in-between the Congratulations and the Class of 2025. So I put the "Name Let's Go!". All I got on the cake was the message I typed in. I had someone else pick it up so when I saw it I was so upset!!! Ordered the cake in Georgia but was picking up at the Grand Blanc, Michigan store.
