The cake tasted good but the writing was so sloppy, my little sister’s name wasn’t even really legible. It was especially disappointing bc it was for her high school graduation. It was cheap so I didn’t have unrealistic expectations, just wish they took more time on the writing and decorations on the cake.

I ordered a marble cake with buttercream frosting for my son's HS graduation. It was ready as scheduled, looked very nice, and the cap decoration was even edible! (Edible, not flavorful, but not a complaint!) Everyone commented on how nice the cake looked, how delicious it tasted - not too sweet, as well as how moist the cake was. I will be ordering more cakes from Sam's bakery - placing the order online through the app was so easy, and I'm sure it helped to ensure spelling accuracy.

I ordered a cake for my Grandsons graduation. I called to change something on the cake and was told there was no order. Maria in bakery told me the order went up front. Whatever that means. She is trying to find my order I hate not going in and ordering. That way I could make sure nothing goes wrong! I'm spending all morning on this and I'm not confident that I will have a cake at all! Very disappointed in the new way bakery is doing this.

Easy to order, great price too. I chose the whipped frosting and everyone commented how much they loved it! Will definitely buy this again!

I hate thee new way of ordering and that the choices are so basic. We pay money for membership changes aren't for customers

cake was good .but no writing saying "class of 2026" disappointed because entire bottom of cake was blank

Name was not written correctly, when ordering the “red” choice looks like a shade of pink. Overall cake was good, order was ready on time. Do not like the mobile order system Sam’s has gone to.

The cake was marble with whipped cream. All of the guests enjoyed the cake it was light, fluffy, and moist. It was easy and convenient to design the cake online. The quality was great and the price can’t be beat.

The cake was nog ice cake as ordered and it was missing the word congratulations as it was a graduation cake snd when I ordered I was told that the word will ne automatically written, I was put off.

1/2 Sheet Graduation Cake was beautiful, correct colors and just what was advertised. And did I mention it was fresh, moist and tasted so delicious! The perfect cake for the perfect price.
