I ordered the “graduation” cake as shown. When I picked it up, it didn’t have the graduation decorations on it. The lady in the bakery said they ran out. I ordered a marbled cake and upon cutting it, at our party for my granddaughter, it was a chocolate cake. The only positive was that the cake was very good.

I ordered this cake online don't let the photo fool you when you put in the message you want added!!! It's NOT what you get!!! It makes it look like your message will be in-between the Congratulations and the Class of 2025. So I put the "Name Let's Go!". All I got on the cake was the message I typed in. I had someone else pick it up so when I saw it I was so upset!!! Ordered the cake in Georgia but was picking up at the Grand Blanc, Michigan store.

the cake was not made the way it was ordered, after stopping in the store and physically talking to someone who put two notes on the order, cause you can't put notes online even though they tell you you can, and both notes were ignored, they made it the way we asked them not to. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED SENIOR FOR HER GRAD PARTY.

I was not happy they had my order all messed up. Yes itvwas done online but i put my order in with the help of a lady from the bakery walking me through the process of my order because I was afraid of missing something and my cake still came out wrong. I ordered marble itvwas white i orders whipped it was buttercream. It was supposed to be the buttercream maroon or what ever color teardrop along the edges it was all white, it was supposed to have my daughters name on it and it did not. My friend asked them to write her name on it at pick up. Then when i called to speak with someone all the lady asked was if i could bring it back? The party was at 2pm i was on the phone at 1:40...she didn't care because she said the order was done on line smh it was upsetting and i wont do it again

What i needed written on cake was wrong and in wrong color. Then cake wasnt centered and it was uneven all over. We are from out of town , and our local Sams is great so that's why we ordered from Sams in Denton. We will not be ordering from there again.

The cake was bland and custom writing was thick and sloppy. Nobody said anything at the party about it, but I was not impressed with the quality of the writing, decorations or the taste. The price is right but I suppose this is a case of “you get what you pay for”.

Now normally I don’t have any problems. This cake was purchased for my sons graduation celebration. It was dryyyyyy! If I didn’t know any better I would think the cake was old. I was very disappointed but I normally don’t have these problems with Sam’s cakes. Maybe it was just a bad day.

The name was spelled incorrectly on the cake even when it was spelled correctly on the order. The lady said she would take 2 mins to fix. After about 15 minutes she came back with the cake and you could clearly see that the cake had to be corrected and look awful. We had no choice but to take the cake as the party was the next day and they did not have any pick up times available for the next morning. Really disappointed in this.

I was called the morning of the day I was to pick up the cake and told they didnt have a sheet cake could they substitute cupcakes instead. Of course I didnt have any choice but to say yes. And just 2 weeks before this I had another cake order that was messed up as well. (They said it was what I had ordered online but I know I checked the right box but whatever)

Oder was completely wrong. Wrong colors wrong design. Totally upsetting. Couldn’t place a In person order had to be online. Then they tried to blam me for ordering it wrong. Even when I went to pick up scheduled order, they pulled a cake from the sales floor and put name on it. They completely dropped the ball. And tried to blame me. Never again ordering a custom cake from them.
