We ordered a cake for our daughter's party. We pucked it up in the late afternoon and it was beautiful, correctly created from our online order and beautiful! After we got home, it slipped out of my hands and fell top side down! I called as soon as Sam's opened the next morning and explained to Nadia what happened. Our party was in 2 hours. Nadia recreated the cake just as beautifully as the first time and had it ready in 30 minutes! She was so kind, professional, understanding and supportive! What an angel! And the cake was delicious! We can't thank her enough!

We pre-ordered this Graduation cake for our grandsons High School Graduation. It was ready for pickup at our pre designated time. It was beautiful and delicious!

Cake was fresh and moist but not what I ordered. I requested marble cake and it was all yellow. Writing on cake was not icing but rather a screen print which was fine but not attractive. While price and taste are good tif you want to have a pretty decorated cake the.new website ordering does not allow.

I ordered the “graduation” cake as shown. When I picked it up, it didn’t have the graduation decorations on it. The lady in the bakery said they ran out. I ordered a marbled cake and upon cutting it, at our party for my granddaughter, it was a chocolate cake. The only positive was that the cake was very good.

Really disappointed in the cake we ordered vs received. Now that everything has to be done online there is no personal touch anymore. I've always ordered cakes from Sam's but will now pay more and go elsewhere. The cake was dry and the frosting so thin you could see the cake underneath. The border was an inch into the cake, so the edges with extra frosting could be seen. The writing was also off center and sloppy. When I called it all out I was argued with and told it was what I ordered, so here I am an hour before our event starts with a junk looking cake and a judgy mother in law. The quality has very much gone down hill and I've ordered cakes for years from Sam's. Never again.

the cake was yummy enough, but was not decorated as ordered. we ordered a graduation cake, description included grad cap etc, got a generic -- barely legible -- cake. no time to change or ask them to redo. disappointing.

I was not happy they had my order all messed up. Yes itvwas done online but i put my order in with the help of a lady from the bakery walking me through the process of my order because I was afraid of missing something and my cake still came out wrong. I ordered marble itvwas white i orders whipped it was buttercream. It was supposed to be the buttercream maroon or what ever color teardrop along the edges it was all white, it was supposed to have my daughters name on it and it did not. My friend asked them to write her name on it at pick up. Then when i called to speak with someone all the lady asked was if i could bring it back? The party was at 2pm i was on the phone at 1:40...she didn't care because she said the order was done on line smh it was upsetting and i wont do it again

Cake was good, but would not ever do a custom order again. When I was picking the cake up that was ordered online, the bakery saw that they messed up the writing and didn't want to fix their error, even after we reviewed the order and receipt. I had to fight with the employee so that she could add the message that was ordered. It was the wrong color icing as well, which was unable to be changed. Very disappointed that the workers wouldn't offer to fix their mistake and didn't care.

I ordered a customized cake for my daughters graduation. I chose marble cake, whipped icing and I assumed nice lettering. What I got was something off the shelf, buttercream icing (which she hates) and god know what cake inside. The lettering is horrible and the phrasing makes it look like her name is “Name Class”. Rather than Congrats Name! Class of 2026. Her party is tomorrow, there is no salvaging this. I am so sad.

graduation cake was ordered with blue and yellow frosting trim. cake came with only blue trim and the letters were starting to run. there was a grad hat, but no scroll.
