Great on so much! The seasoning isn’t too strong, so you can put this with a lot of different things. We put it on tacos, Mexican dip, buns, or just eat it with a veggie. So tender, and tasty. You have to pick out a small amount of fat, but it’s really good meat overall.

The carnitas are packaged in one large plastic bag which makes it a one time use. It should be packed in smaller bags so only a portion is consumed and the rest can be saved. As for the flavor of the carnitas they are okay. Not good enough to purchase again.

Tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were. The pork is tender and juice. The spice level was just right for everyone, to include young children. However, for some of the older adults, we had to add chili peppers and some additional spices. Will definitely purchase again. Well worth the price.

I was trying this one out as opposed to the usual one I get at Trader Joe's since this one is a bigger pack. It's really good with a nice flavor profile where you don't absolutely need to add more seasonings but it won't be too seasoning if you do add some. It's also super juicy and tender. Doesn't get stuck in your teeth like some other pork carnitas I've had. I've only used it once so I still have some left. I'm gonna try to add bbq sauce to it and make pulled pork sandwiches with it next.

This precooked pork makes dinner time a breeze. It is so very delicious and easy to prepare. For a very quick meal simply put the cooked pork into the microwave for about 5 minutes . I served it over a warm tortilla . I added some shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and taco sauce . This dish was a home run hit !

Saw these in the store and bought them to try. The 2 pounds of carnitas are in a single vacuum sealed bag. Since there was only two of us enjoying the carnitas, I heated half of the package and saved the rest for another meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the carnitas were well seasoned rather than simply being chunks of pork. I added about a quarter cup of water while heating them in a skillet to help steam them for a few minutes.Once the water evaporated, they crisped up well. We enjoyed the carnitas with corn tortillas and homemade guacamole and spicy red salsa. Very tasty! It would have been nice if there were 2 one pound packages rather than a single two pound bag. Otherwise we had no complaints at all.

Having made authentic carnitas, I was very skeptical that a ready to eat product would even be close. Surprisingly, myself and my guests really enjoyed this. We made tacos during a time consuming project and the meal came together super quickly, which was much appreciated.

I love Members Mark pork carnitas. It’s tender and juicy, and very similar to the restaurant style that I am used to. It has the correct amount of spices and is soft enough to put in tacos. I make yellow rice and beans and make a full meal for my family for dinner. I like that it comes in a large container and is still affordable. This is one of the best fully cooked dishes we serve at our house and everyone loves it.

If you’re craving carnitas, these do not disappoint! Not needed, but if you want to, add orange/lemon and a bit of seasoning. Easy to heat up in a skillet on the stovetop, great flavor and great way to have carnitas without the fuss. Do wish that it was packaged in two vacuum packs versus one.

This was a sample at our Sam’s club. And my picky 7 yr actually loved it. He is not usually a fan of anything other than Dino Nuggets and grilled cheese. So everytime we are shopping. He asks for the carnitas. It is definitely our family favorite now.
