I won't be buying these carnitas again. Sam's had carnitas last year, I can't remember the name; those I loved and bought several times. Bring back the other carnitas from last year please.

Tried these in club tasting and had to buy. First - they are well seasoned, but definitely not spicy. Seem very rich, so wonder if they are cooked the traditional way, low and slow in lard. Second - they way they were presented in the club tasting, they were shredded, so I was a bit apprehensive that there would be a lot of fat chunks (gross). When I opened the packaging I was very pleased to see that it was actually nice sized chunks of pork so I was able to very easily inspect for any pieces of fat and remove what little I did find before heating. I shredded the chunks as they were heating then served with soft tortillas, sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese. Will be headed back to buy more for the freezer since they are a limited time offering.

I love making Taco Tuesdays with this product when we're short on time, it warms well in the air fryer and is delicious. Like to always have one on hand. Although pricey it is worth it in saving time. It made me try the other similar products. Would recommend the rotisserie chicken but DO NOT recommend the Al Pastor chicken!

These are so good! My sister and I had a sample of this in the store… we stopped dead in our tracks! We had them today and oh my gosh!! If you are on the fence, DO IT!! The only problem… there’s not enough leftover!! Seriously the flavor and the tenderness is a mouth happy dance! Once it was thawed, We put it in the oven on broil to warm and crisp the edges. We will get again!!

In the past, any time we've braved any brand of pre-packaged pulled pork or carnitas, it's been mostly sauce with a side of tiny meat fibers. We were pleasantly surprised to open this and find large tender chunks of real meat. It was delicious. Both our picky kids asked for seconds and my meat snob of a husband was sneaking bites from the bowl as I was making it. It made two meals for our young family of four using it as taco/burrito filling.

I have had carnitas before from another wholesale club. These from Sam's are so much better. I annoyed my family when I kept remarking about how good they were. For preparation, I just put in a saucepan on low heat for a half hour or slow (to heat it up slowly) and then take it out and pull apart with "claws" that I used to separate my pulled pork that I smoke. If you're reading this, go and buy some carnitas from Sam's Club! I can't wait to get these again.

They are truly delicious! I made quesadillas and purchased all the items at Sam’s Club. The melting cheese is great too. The flavor was spot on and there where tender chunks of meat with little or no fat. The package had several warming options as they are fully cooked already. I used the microwave and the 6 minutes listed on the package was perfect. The whole family LOVED them! I hope they are not really a limited item because I have sooo many ideas…. Street tacos, nachos, with eggs for breakfast, over mashed potatoes, with Spanish rice and refried beans for a plate meal, ect…. Please keep stocking them! My freezer can only hold so much!

They had this as a sample at my store and it’s some of the best prepacked precooked meat I’ve ever had. If not the best! It has the perfect amount of flavor for any Mexican food meal! I used it on nachos and used the leftovers for quesadillas! Highly recommend!

I have purchased this several times. I keep 1 in the freezer in case they are discontinued! Great taste just as is. I've added taco seasoning for tacos and tortillas also have added pork gravy to serve over potatoes or pasta. So many options. But the taste by itself is awesome. Please don't discontinue it!

This was the 1st time I purchased the pork carnitas, but definitely won't be the last. I already saved it in my cart for my next order. Delicious! So tender, flavorful, and EASY! Served on corn tortillas with chopped onion, cilantro, fresh lime, and my homemade spicy avocado sauce. Yum!
