We eat this as carnitas for the first meal. The next meal we heat in a skillet and add our favorite BBQ sauce! So, so good!!! I am super sensitive to fatty meat textures, and I've had NO issue with this product (knock on wood).

I won't be buying these carnitas again. Sam's had carnitas last year, I can't remember the name; those I loved and bought several times. Bring back the other carnitas from last year please.

Oh how I wish these weren’t a limited time offering. They are so delicious! We have purchased these a couple of times and really need to get some more to put in the freezer.
