These carnitas are delicious! I cut up an onion and chop some garlic add a little avocado oil to the pot, add the meat along with the onion and garlic and about a half cup of water and let it simmer for about 20 minutes before breaking the meat apart. The seasoning it actually really good so you don't have to add any seasoning if you don't want to. I pair this with homemade cilantro lime rice and we make burritos, tacos, or just eat the meat and rice and it's good to go. I've already purchased 4 and will be going back this weekend for 4 more.

The pork carnitas are really delicious! They're easy to prepare and have so many different uses. Please continue to sell them - I notice the package said "limited time offering". I think many customers feel the same way about Sam's continuing to carry them. Please!

I bought this thinking strictly about Mexican food, but after eating them, I've decided they're a multipurpose ingredient. I've had Mexican food now, next I'm going to use it to make vegetable soup and after that stroganoff. I'm excited and definitely recommend it and let your imagination run wild.
