I Love EVERYTHING about this Cake. it is my all-time FAVORITE. They sild a bunch too. have no idea why they only make it at Easter now. SOO DISAPPOINTED.

The coconut cake tasted divine! Just side note: the cake was only 4 layers not the 6 that was described. However it was a beautiful and luscious cake.

And this cake did not disappoint!!! This cake should be available for Christmas as well bc having just available for Easter is a disservice to all coconut lovers. The cake is so moist and it's the perfect balance of coconut.

This cake is just so grose, there are no words. I unfortunetly just learned that this cake was made using an artificial coconut flavor and it tastes like they made it with either coconut lotion or an air freshener. It is literally so nasty.

Read about how folks were excited that it was cake was back so I thought I'd try it. I should have bought Pepperidge Farm instead...at least I know it's always good. The cake itself had a very off-putting chemical aftertaste & the icing was cloyingly sweet. It's very disceptive that they label it as a "6 layer cake" because it only has 3 cake layers. I've never heard of a baker calling the filling/icing between the layers & on top as a "layer".

I look forward to this cake becoming available every spring. This year, the coconut flakes tasted terrible! They had a stale, moldy taste to them. It ruined the cake and made me concerned that the coconut wasn't safe to eat. We threw the cake away.

Love this coconut cake. The frosting was a tad sweet this time. Very moist and tasty. Get it for Easter. Wish it was available all year long. No one sells a good coconut cake any more. And it's s shame, especially for us coconut lovers. Please offer it more often.
