I had high hopes for this cake, as I love coconut. Unfortunately the coconut tasted odd, almost chemical. The frosting was inedible.

Typically we love this cake... this year it had very little of the coconut creme between the layers and was dry.

The frosting was too buttercream. The cake was a disappointment in taste. It was a large size, but just didn't taste very well.

This coconut cake was the best! It was so moist and delicious; no need to ever bake another homemade coconut cake again!

This is my favorite coconut cake. I ask, why can’t you keep these on the shelf more that once a year. I would sign up for one per month. Please bring them back soon.

I purchased the cake for an annual celebration at my church. There were various other donated cakes along with mine. Everyone enjoyed the cake as evident by the empty container at the conclusion of the dinner.

This cake was amazing!!!! Moist and it too sweet we definitely loved it, wished they had more often I went back the next day and they were no longer making it. I would go back and buy it again.

Huge cake, WAY to sweet. Couldn't enjoy it and ended up throwing over half away. Would have been better with white cake with the frosting and coconut flakes

The coconut cake tasted divine! Just side note: the cake was only 4 layers not the 6 that was described. However it was a beautiful and luscious cake.

The cake itself had no flavor; the frosting had a heavy "Crisco" (shortening) taste and little flavor. I would not buy again. We threw 90% of it out.
