This cake is wonderful!

Best cake ever. Should be on the menu for Mother's Day

Flavorful and moist, we look forward to this being in the bakery every year. If you need it for later in the year, it does freeze nicely!

I had high hopes for this cake, as I love coconut. Unfortunately the coconut tasted odd, almost chemical. The frosting was inedible.

Typically we love this cake... this year it had very little of the coconut creme between the layers and was dry.

The frosting was too buttercream. The cake was a disappointment in taste. It was a large size, but just didn't taste very well.

I was so looking forward to this because I have had it before and it was delicious but this time it had a weird aftertaste

wow fantastic cake. I was surprised. Big cake not some tiny thing. I had enough for many guest. Hard to find coconut cake. this surpassed all.

I received a free sample for my honest review. Lovely coconut taste and aroma, moist, and not overly sweet!

These cakes were fabulous. They froze well, and were delicious. WHY don't they have them anymore???
