I usually enjoy member's mark bakery items. While this was not bad it was not up to what I usually expect from them.

This coconut cake is a favorite of mine! Three layers of tender white cake with creamy filling and frosting, topped with shredded coconut!

Texture was good, quality was good, I guess it's just a personal preference and I felt that the coconut flavor was way too strong.

Hardly any coconut flakes on the cake -splashes of coconut around the rim of cake. Just a regular yellow cake with buttercream icing

Was surprised that it kind of tasted like cinnamon? Was expecting a vanilla cake with vanilla or coconut frosting but had a strange light taste of cinnamon. I wondered if they put the wrong filling inside?
